They fit me in within two days during the busiest part of motorcycle season. They found my headlights weren't working, which turned out to be a connector I had forgotten to plug in while reassembling the bike. Instead of charging me a full hour of labor, they only charged for the actual time it took to find and fix the problem. Honest pricing, great service, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. It's hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but these guys have earned my business. I'll definitely be bringing my motorcycles back here in the future.

Do NOT buy a KingFisher boat from Gibbons Motor Toys, serious warning from a local customer…read more Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Had a shifter cable problem since day one of purchase. According to Gibbons Motor Toys, the issue was a design flaw straight from the original KingFisher 1975 factory hull design, where the hole under the dash designed for the shift cables etc. to fit through was too small, causing the jacketing of the shift/throttle cable to rub on the rough cut aluminum edges, ultimately exposing the underlying cable to outdoor elements along with binding of the cable against raw aluminum which made the throttle feel "sticky" and "stiff" resulting in less controllable low speed maneuvering around, docks, etc. The "ultimate fix" for Gibbons Motor Toys was to order a brand new shift cable? (boat only has 11 hours at this point).. okay.. so we waited 4 months for that. The custom made part still didn't fit properly, so then the solution was to hack apart the underside of our cockpit area with a die grinder, trying to open the hole enough to alleviate the pressure of the shift cable against the side of the hole they drilled originally. None of this helped...neither the brand new shift cable that we waited months for, or the "custom fabrication job" they did on our boat to make the new shift cable feel smoother in operation. Avoid these guys and find a shop that actually honest and knows what they're doing, you will save thousands in the long run.

He went out of his way to make sure that I got excellent service and if he could save me some costs he had no problem recommending those procedures, parts, whatever. If something needed fixing, either Moez or Peter would show me (They knew my father was a mechanic. We lost Dad over a decade ago) what the problem was, and offer various solutions. So why the 3 rating? Moez is no longer there , nor is Tanzam Auto. And Peter is MIA too. Tanzam has been folded into M&M Auto on 63rd ave. Moez is semi-retired. The new group seems to be more concerned with lining their pockets than offering automotive service. Doomsday scenarios combined with unnecessary repairs and part replacement rather than offering the excellent serrvice I had come to expect with Moez. So the 3 rating is out of respect for Moez and Peter rather than from the service I have recieved from M&M. Tanzam WAS a 5. M&M, currently is a 1. You do the math.

Also he said it would be ready next day. I got it there, he did exactly what he said and more. They noticed the battery terminals were starting to corrode so they cleaned them, they noticed the block heater cord was frayed so they fixed that as well. Thumbs up to great service!!!! Unfortunately their stock in store was limited, but that's bombardier/COVID's fault (there's very limited stock anywhere in town, they just can't make enough for demand right now). We have considered a second seadoo, but Martins didn't have stock available. If they get more in, we would definitely go back to Martins before anywhere else. Also, they have serviced our boat for a number of years and nothing but good things to say there too. Their customer service can't be beat!
