My insurance coverage allows twenty visits and my co-payment is $30.00. (I used to pay out of pocket on my Chiropractic care, thousands of dollars!) I hurt the right side of my neck a couple of weeks ago (I couldn't lift my right arm without feeling pain), and then my lower back, also the right side, was in so much pain, that I felt it with each step (did a bunch of things, such as icing it for 20 min, took a few pain pills- it's just temporary, and it was almost better, just not 100%). I carry a heavy bag, and sometimes my dog pulls me when I walk her. I also did a bunch of different squats last friday night. So I hadn't been here in a while but I did love going on the stretching machine with ice, low pressure, though. And a few minutes later, I saw the doc, told him what was going on, he used a big tool, up and down my back for a few minutes, he felt the tightness, and did some work on my neck and back.
