fire massage spot if u want to feel like you were rolled over and spin out by a spiky rolling pin!…read morebeen here a few times (solo and in a couples massage) and it still remains my favorite out of other massage places. i have never had a problem with any maseuses as they have all been very meticulous and strong. today i had a couples massage and adding cupping last minute, my maseuse was amy and my boyfriends was leo! leo was very funny and suggested my boyfriend also get cupping due to veryy large knots. amy was on the quieter side but i do like my massages that way so i didnt mind at all. both really got in there, amy was detecting every knot and going at them. the cupping was damn painful but honestly a rec to anyone who always feels stiff. the space is very large so they seem to be able to accomodate a lot of people and different groups/services. there is both room temp and cold water, bathrooms are fairly clean. my only gripe is that sometimes you can hear talking through the thinner walls but im mostly focused on surviving (no complaints) so its not anything crazy serious. love this place and will be back ova n ova again!

Overall, it's been a mixed bag of experiences, because ultimately it depends on the masseuse, fluctuating prices, and their schedule. Overall, it's a solid facility and large enough to wear. It can accommodate all sorts of groups for a variety of different massages. There are plenty of chairs for foot massages, private rooms galore, custom shoulder massage chairs, and a serene ambiance with Chinese style furniture that helps with its overall vibe. There have been times where other patrons are talking and there have been times where the mass masseuses are the ones chatting (audibly). The back walking, deep tissue massages are the ones to get, but not every masseuse is able to do this. Some folks may complain about the lack of English, but that has never posed an issue for anyone I brought here, including myself. There are benefits to being members here, in which prices are always going to average out on the cheaper side and is an option, I would recommend for any local. If the massage was good, remember the name of the masseuse. Cash is king, even though they also accept credit cards. Tips can vary, of course, but don't let anyone bully for more than what is reasonable. (#1) __________ (#1) Typically $10-15 for an hour's worth is my rule of thumb.

My masseur who is an elder lady was pretty good. Even when she was talking, her hands didn't stop. The session comes with your option of hot stone and Ashiatsu massage, a deep-tissue bodywork technique where the practitioner uses their bare feet instead of hands to deliver deep, broad, and consistent pressure while holding onto overhead bars for balance. I had to tell her a couple of times that it's too much and hurt. But my friend's masseur, a younger lady, was milking her time and barely put in any pressure to the massage. I'm happy with my Masseur's service but what might concern me is when I paid, they literally grab all the cash (I was paying for us) before I determined the tips. A bit scary and too aggressive. I didn't even get the chance to see if they gave me the correct changes back or not.

I liked doing the cold plunge after the sauna and napping in the heated chairs. I didn't like that they didn't have bathroom amenities like hair dryers and razors out and available. I feel like they should just provide them without us having to ask. However, the massage I got was incredible and the best part. I have to give a shout out to Henry. I have chronic pain and was suffering from a flare up when I visited. The pain relief I got from the massage was so great that it made me cry. He knew all the areas on my back and arms I was feeling pain without me telling him and he used just the right pressure to relieve the muscles. I hadn't felt that good and relaxed in years. Thank you so much! I wouldn't go back just for the spa but I will definitely go back every time I visit for a massage and spa. We already booked our next trip and will be staying at Fountainebleau for this!

I've been here a total of three times since 2024. My first two times I had massages with Heidi and…read morethey were fantastic! However, my most recent visit (a few days ago) Heidi was not available and I had Gisele instead. She was kind at pickup, however, as we were talking through the consultation she visibly started becoming detached and I caught her slightly roll her eyes a few times after I asked some questions about add ons. While she stepped out and I was about to get on the table, I stuck my head out into the hall to ask to add an oil add on and she was leaning against the wall on her phone. She immediately put it away and said she could add the oil (I forgot the name of it). I thought this was a bit unprofessional since there are guests walking up and down the hall. During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.
