I had to change my appointment due to my work schedule changing and she was totally accommodating and was able to change it for me with short notice! The technician barely trimmed my toenails, even after I clearly requested it, and I had to ask him to go back and trim them again. My cuticles were not properly cleaned, and the gel polish was applied quickly with very little care or attention to detail. Every part of the pedicure was rushed--the callus removal, foot scrub, leg and foot massage, nail care, and polish application. I paid extra for additional services, but they were completed so quickly that I do not feel I received the service I paid for. When I raised my concerns at the front desk, there was no apology, concern, or effort to address the issue. I left feeling extremely frustrated and completely dissatisfied. I paid for a full gel pedicure with additional services, but I did not receive the quality, care, or attention I expected. Based on both the poor service and the way my complaint was handled, I would not recommend this salon!!!
