Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! I compared Penske, U-Haul and Budget and Penske had the best rate for a simple 17 mile move. They also provide a AAA discount which made it even more valuable to us. However, I only decided to post this review because of how incredibly simple the process was from beginning to end! Easily reserved online. Easily cancelled my reservation so that I can order a larger truck (the 10ft truck did not include a ramp, which we needed). And when it came time to pick up, the guy I worked with was so incredibly nice and helpful. Drop-off was simple as well. The guy was also pretty friendly so they have really great customer service here. No hidden fees, very reasonably priced, and simple process. I'll continue to come to this location whenever possible. Only downside is that they don't have after-hour drop-off which is what I was hoping for since I work the next day but the area isn't the best so I understand why. Rent from here, you won't regret it!

But I called Penske in Sacramento and the reworked the rate and $ per mile for me so I can use that savings to refill the tank at the end of the rental. I'm guessing/hoping it will be enough- but they stepped up and realize the truck I got wasn't near the truck I wanted. Hey, again I rent from them a LOT and this has only happened once- and they gave me a price break since it's near the holidays, a ton of the smaller vehicles are out, but understand. I was a little agitated when I called, but Collin was professional and fixed the problem quickly, I appreciate that and will continue to use Penske.

It…read moreturned out to be the most amazing bit of help, even more helpful than the forearm forklifts I have used for my moves. Don't know what forearm forklifts are? Google them - they are AWESOME - also this location sells them too. Since I needed to sell some huge items that would have consumed my living room at the new (and tiny) place, I decided this was a fabulous gift. I also didn't want Craigslist strangers coming to my home to purchase things. Who does? There's lots of creeps out there! The free storage for one month was exactly what I needed! A month is just enough time to handle such business. I was really thankful for the intelligence, kindness, understanding and knowledge that all of the employees demonstrated. Manager Dave, Jennifer and Kelly were all great. I appreciated their ongoing help and ability to empathize so much I gave them all hugs on my way out. Now how often do you hug those you do business with? LOL, not many. Yes, moving is stressful and emotional, but not always will you want to hug the storage facility staff. You can trust your property being in this facility as far as I'm concerned - and mom taught me to be super protective and lock everything down like Fort Knox - so that's valuable feedback coming from someone like me. For those that need it for whatever life circumstances you have - for $10/month you can have 24/7 access. That's very fair and generous. Not all storage facilities offer access through the night. Otherwise, access hours are 7a-7p most days, Saturday I think is 7a-8p, Sunday is 10a-5p. For most purposes, that fits! They also have a restroom right outside their office that you can use - they work hard to keep up on it. When you are moving this benefit is a big help! Dirty boxes, time consumed loading/unloading, driving to storage unit with half a gallon of soda and french fries and burger in your gut, you may need a restroom that's permissible for you to use. haha! I will advise you one significant issue with the facility - tightness in building/gate entrance and exit clearances. There is only one gate for in/out - security purposes and that's good. We pulled a 20' truck straight in just past the office and backed it straight out when done. I'd not want to take it further than that. And if you store a passenger vehicle here and need it towed out for mechanical issues... your flatbed truck driver will hate you - if they can get it out. You'll need a wrecker/wheel lift to get it out. One other pitfall that apparently all U-Haul storage facilities have - you must have a disc shaped storage lock for your storage unit. It does not need to be one of theirs, it can be any brand, but they do sell them at the storage facility. These locks may be more secure, but I feel it's up to the individual storing their stuff to determine what level of security lock they want - especially since it's required to have renters insurance that covers your goods in storage or you must purchase it from U-Haul. I feel, if the lock fits, it should be accepted for use. I have probably 7 padlocks I've accumulated, but none matched the criteria. So I had to dump $11 on one more lock. Ugh. I think each time I move I'm schlepping along 10# in padlocks... something's gotta give! The flip side is that it was nice to have a key very distinct (says "U-Haul") to differentiate from other keys, but I would have rather saved the $11. Oh well, fair trade for renting the U-Haul at a reasonable rate and getting a free month of storage. Oh, and it is a free month. No hidden fees. I had my stuff in there for a month and cleared out the storage unit within the month. Owed nothing. Me supa happe. Overall, I'd recommend this facility to those I like. That's a good thing and it means this place is worthy of using. Oh, but words of advice from the wise... don't buy so much crap. Don't keep so much crap. Keep your amount of Christmas decor balanced in relationship to how much space you have to store things where you live. Save yourself hassle and be smart about how you spend your money - do not keep a storage unit! Sell on Craigslist, facebook, close 5, eBay, or donate. Simplify, simplify, simplify!

While out on the lot looking at the car I had asked the sales person if there was anything wrong with it, he replied no, no problems. I don't know much about engines so I took his word on it. 41 days later while driving the car starts smoking. I brought it to a shop to get a diagnosis turns out it has a head gasket leak and multiple other issues. I sent them an email asking to remedy this problem and they have not gotten back to me. This is totally dealer fraud. So now I have a broken car that I can't drive, still have to continue making payments on it. And now have to find and pay for a lawyer. please save yourself the stress and never purchase from this untrustworthy dealer.
