As you can see in the photo, everything is clearly labeled Wao Bao. I used a delivery food service and ordered and food was dropped off within 40 minutes. Bao is a traditional Chinese bun. I got the Mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken bao. The Mongolian beef one was not good. The bun itself was nicely steamed but the fillings inside were too squishy for beef with the consistency of already chewed food. The flavor was too sweet of the beef. The teriyaki chicken bao was the standout of the two. Very delicious! Texture was as chicken should be and sweet but not over done. I also ordered ginger chicken dumplings. Very good! These remind me of the dumplings one would get at a big city mom and pop style Chinese restaurant in Chinatown. I will go back but skip on the Mongolian beef.
