I already reviewed one of them. Ilya's was the winner however. I needed the work done fast because I have 2 other projects coming. I met him on a Friday wednesday he is here doing it all. He looked an an Old Oak towering over my garage and told me that the tree was in great health so not urgent to do. However the front was. Out of the four companies I contacted, Rice's was by far the most responsive. They also offered the best price, which along with the responsive service made for a match made in heaven. Unfortunately they are currently pretty busy, so we had to wait almost 2 months for our trees to be taken down, but it was well worth the wait. We were given a quote less than 2 days after they called. They sent us all the proper forms, including the permit application in Parma, and handled that on their own. On the day of the deed, they were very efficient, there was a 90 minute window where neither my wife or I were home, and the trees were taken down and removed in that time. If I ever need trees taken down again, Rice's will be the first and only place I contact.
