I called back and they sent Jacob back free of charge. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and I'm glad I had him working on my ac. He threw everything at it and after about 1-2 hrs he gave up and said he couldn't figure it out. Refuse to charge me. When he was packing up I tried to turn the ac on and it worked! Even Jacob was surprised. Ever since the ac has been working perfectly. I definitely recommend this company and definitely appreciate the professionalism, honesty and punctuality.
