The company is very popular right now so you may have a wait time. I'm going to have them trim or cut a large willow tree I have and probably install irrigation system looking forward to what else they can do

I sent emails - first inquiring about the work that was done (various parts of the yard were incomplete according to the scope of work provided in the contract). Then they weren't showing up. My last email inquiring whether they are intending to service my property was completely ignored. I guess I know the answer. I'd love to get the quality of service others have been raving about in these reviews, but I'm not getting any service at all. I don't know what I said or did, I paid the full invoices I received within 20 min of receiving it, even though they didn't provide weekly service promised. Am I too small of a customer? I was told they value all their customers. I want to believe that. In a 3 months and a half I received service 3 times out of out of the 14 weeks! How do I ever recommend this company to anyone?
