That they received information from the bank letting them know that I canceled payment. I didn't expect it, but the wood was delivered by a woman that told me she was a relative of the company owner. I canceled the payment cancellation. I received a distraught call telling me that they didn't get the payment and I should have been patient. That was ridiculous since I was nothing but patient. I never got upset. Anyway I contacted the bank and found that payment had been removed from my account. The bank told me that their financial institution was waiting for them to respond. I started stacking the wood and found a lot of small pieces. Of the two cords of wood I ordered there was just over one and a half cords of usable wood. The rest was kindling at best. After all of the hassle I got scammed. Beware of dealing with this company. The whole process has been more than a disappointment. What a disaster!!
