The shawarma was thought to be the okay thing to order. Wrong! Burnt chicken. Possibly OLD burnt chicken. Thrown in a wrap with some onions and parsley. Nothing redeeming The burger came with fries. The fries were probably the best part of all the food, although it was not crunchy and could've been fried for slightly longer. This is a Persian-Armenian store, so the burger itself is seasoned as so. Although the woman at the front was very nice and explained that they make "smash burgers," it is anything but. It's probably cooked on a griddle, but we will never know as the food is made in the back. The burger patty itself was not crispy at all, no edges crispy or anything, it was just cooked well. The wait time.... After about 30 minutes, the "cook" or butcher or whatever he was, came running out to grab some tomatoes. Overall, and although I was the only person there, the total wait for these items was 40 minutes. I came here to give this new place a try, since it had low review count yet the reviews were raving.
