a display of stuffed animals in a restaurant

Stuffed is a dumpling concept. They have several types of dumplings that are either pan fried, deep fried or steamed. They also have some dessert options. We got the Szechuan pork and chive dumplings, deep fried kimchi and pork dumplings and the red sugar fried rice cakes. I really liked the szechuan dumplings. They were in a delicious sauce. I could have gotten an extra order of them. I didn't like the fried rice cakes. Whatever they drizzled on top tasted like molasses. They were too sweet. We didn't finish them. Overall I liked this food stall. There was a small issue with me knowing that my order was ready. I never got the text message from them. They apologized but it wasn't a big deal. Pork dumplings, vegetable bun yummy!!

Loved my dumplings from Stuffed! A dumpling restaurant in Urban Market food district. I loved the shrimp dumplings and the pork dumplings and the vegetables bun. They were delicious!! Groups of 4 or 6 dumplings and bun comes individually. I liked the variety and the flavors. Awesome dumplings! I had three orders and it was about $20. Totally worth it! Great service too. You get a text when your order is ready. Cute kids' play area inside too. Urban Market has other food options and you eat at a community table. The parking is tight but we found some in a walkable distance.

These were very good dumplins. I'm not really a dumplins person but I said why not try. The stuffed schezuan dumpling were great. I love spice and they were the perfect spice. You won't be disappointed. I received 4 pieces for 6.99.

Pork and chive dumplings - regular and Szechuan.

Incredible dumplings - I loved both preparations. 10/10 will. The pork was flavorful and a nice amount of chives. I wish the regular had been hot instead of warmish, but so tasty. The hot chili oil was perfectly tingly and spicy.

It was the best dish I've had in a very long time. The rice was very flavorful too and the left overs heated up well. My boyfriend had the Nigiri Flight and Kimchi Shrimp and he was very pleased with his meal too. We enjoyed the craft cocktails too. Service is pretty fast. I hesitated giving the full five stars due to the DJ. It is a very small space to have a DJ in the front. It made it very difficult to have a conversation. I would not recommend coming here if you are on a first or second date or are trying to catch up with friends. You won't be able to have a conversation over the music. Even with the loud music my boyfriend and I will definitely be back but will likely try to sit outside where it is not as loud.

The one thing I didn't love is that all of their sushi rolls have cream cheese in it. They said they could modify, but I don't actually think they did. It was still a tasty roll, just not my preference in sushi! We split the following for a table of 2 and were satisfied: - kimchi shrimp - delicious. Think bang bang shrimp. Super tasty! - panko causa - very unique dish. The passionfrui milk it's sitting in is absolutely delicious. The potato is a little bland, but it was still enjoyable and fun to try. - passion nigiri - loved the passion fruit / mango / ginger combo. Super fresh!! - Niko roll - a little creamy for my "sushi preference," but the flavor was awesome. The Parmesan was subtle but a fun add! Would be interested to come back and try the cocktail menu and more plates. Definitely a good place to share dishes and try a bite of everything.

Great food and such a fun experience!…read more We loved trying a variety of foods and cooking them ourselves making it a unique experience. We had great service. Our waiter had a few tables and did not stop all night from drinks to food he was always there to help up. The broccoli with melted cheese and cheese corn were some of our favorites! The chicken did not seem to have a lot of flavor/ sauce, but we may have overcooked it. All of the steaks were tasty and delicious!!

I've enjoyed Korean barbecue many times, so when I saw the price, I thought I had found a great midday option. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The happy hour kalbi turned out to be four small pieces of meat for $9.95, which I had to cook myself. A bowl of rice was an additional charge, and there were no sides, vegetables, soup, or salad included. I left the restaurant still hungry, which is never a good sign after lunch. What disappointed me most was the lack of guidance and hospitality. As someone new to Japanese-style barbecue, I asked a few simple questions to understand what I was ordering. When I confirmed this was the happy hour portion, the server said yes--but didn't explain the serving size or suggest additional items. A little coaching would have gone a long way. At one point, when I asked whether the meal came with sides like banchan or rice, I was told, "This is not Korean barbecue." I completely understand the distinction now, but the tone felt curt rather than helpful. Hospitality is about helping guests navigate something unfamiliar, not making them feel like they should already know. I also ordered iced water with lemon, and the lemon never arrived...only the ice water. Was this an omen of what's to come?? Another frustration was the parking situation. I paid for parking through ParkMobile outside the restaurant, only to discover after entering that parking validation was available inside. That information would have been much more useful if it had been communicated clearly before guests park or pay. From a customer experience standpoint, it feels like something that could easily be improved with better signage--lead with the good stuff. The location itself is also somewhat isolated. While technically in Uptown, it's not in a particularly walkable or high-traffic area, so most guests will need to park in a garage or pay for street parking. There isn't much nearby other than an apartment complex above the restaurant, which makes clear parking instructions and strong service even more important. To be fair, the restaurant was clean, and the meat itself was flavorful. The concept of Japanese BBQ is interesting, and I now understand that this style is very different from Korean BBQ, with smaller, à-la-carte portions designed to be built into a meal. That said, the overall experience felt transactional rather than welcoming. I left hungry--and disappointed--not because of the food quality, but because the service and communication could have been better at several points along the way. This visit felt like a missed opportunity. With a little more attentiveness, clearer guidance, and stronger customer engagement, the experience could have been completely different. Don't let one restaurant deter you. Life is short--get out there and eat.

I'm not a big fan of tobikko (fish eggs), so I really appreciated that they have a comment section online where you can request changes. I asked for no eggs on my sushi, and they got it perfect -- everything was delicious and came out quickly too! 401 Egg Roll: I'm usually iffy about veggie egg rolls because they can be too greasy, too dry, or just bland. These were perfect -- crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor. Tasted just like the ones I loved growing up. Sweet Tea: I'm a big sweet tea fan, and theirs was just right -- sweet but not overbearing. The staff were super kind and greeted me with a smile the moment I walked in. Prices are very reasonable for lunch, and I love that they even have a rewards system and app to earn points -- something I rarely see at dine-in spots like this. Definitely coming back! -- C. Head
