They kept the dance floor packed all night, brought incredible energy, and made the experience so interactive, especially when Gerry joined the dance floor with his saxophone! What truly set them apart was their willingness to learn 10 new songs specifically for our wedding to match our musical taste. Not only that but my dad wanted to sing a Beatles song for me, and the band learned the song and were his background vocals. That level of dedication and personalization is rare and meant so much to us. Our guests are still talking about the band weeks later and telling us how much fun they had. The music was phenomenal, the energy was contagious, and they helped create memories we'll cherish forever. I cannot recommend these guys enough. You will not regret booking them. They are worth their weight in gold and were one of the very best investments we made for our wedding!! Love love love them!

Overall, they brought an incredible energy and made the reception a blast! I'd highly recommend Radio Prophets for any event and especially for a wedding

Being a little wary of wedding bands, we had seen these guys play and they were our first (and only) band choice. If they hadn't been available we would likely have resorted to a DJ. We seriously can't describe how blown away we were by their breadth of music, high-energy stage presence, and talent as musicians. We were and still are getting many comments from guests about how amazing their performance was! From the minute they started to the final song of their set-list, the Big Day Players truly rocked it and turned our reception into a full-out dance party we'll never forget! From Tom Petty, Springsteen and the Stones, to Prince and Michael Jackson, all the way through to Bruno Mars, Talking Heads and Foster the People, the Big Day Players delivered impeccably and with style. They already had a pretty large list of songs in their repertoire and they were willing to learn several new songs to make the evening extra special for us (including the Groom/Mother dance). The band visited the venue with us a few weeks before the wedding to ensure they would have all the right equipment and be prepared on the big day. They handled the equipment rentals and set everything up themselves, arrived on time to set up and sound check, and were ready for showtime dressed to the nines. In addition to their day-of professionalism, the guys were truly fun to work with in the months prior to the wedding. We highly recommend the Big Day Players to any couples looking to have a rocking reception!

Since this was our first client event, we wanted it to be incredible and have that "wow" factor. Big Day Players definitely delivered. They did an acoustic set for the welcome reception and the full band rocked the house on the second night for the closing celebration. They were energetic and kept the crowd engaged. In all my years of event planning, Big Day Players is by far one of the best bands I have ever booked. Am definitely going to have them do our future events as well and would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for an awesome band for your event, you have to book them!

We nailed down a venue, and then found Alison and Bryan. They made the process so easy and the timeline was clear! They definitely kept us on track despite the fact that we were out of towners! (Skype/Facetime - technology really has changed wedding planning!) VLD helped us track down the best florist, photographer, bakery, and linens. Who knew how many linen options there are?! And chairs? Invitations? The list goes on. We saved so much time being able to reap the benefits of their experience and expertise. Seeing photos of what they'd done in the past, I knew we were in the right hands. They've been featured in all the wedding magazines I've read, and I know one day I'll be able to say "you guys...those are the awesome people who also did OUR wedding!!!" Not only were they amazing planners, but they are just wonderful people. We enjoyed our meetings beyond the wedding planning, and we were sad when the process came to and end. Luckily, we can follow their lives and successes over social media, and we are excited to see what they do in the future. We highly recommend Alison and Brian for your wedding needs, and hope you are just as happy on your special day when you walk in and see how it all comes together as we were!

A friend introduced us and we knew immediately that they were the right fit. They are so easygoing, creative and fun, yet also the most detail oriented and organized people you will ever meet. We live in San Francisco and could only visit our venue (Belmond El Encanto) a few times but A+B made it so easy and kept us on track from afar with video chats, shared schedules and budgets. With the design, I had likes and dislikes but Alison really helped me hone in on my vision and bring it to life in a way that we never could have imagined. She helped us create a cohesive and personal "brand" that carried from the invitations, florals and menus to the cocktail napkins, photo booth backdrop and welcome boxes. They liaised with our other vendors leading up to the big day and everything was seamless. A+B created the dreamiest coastal garden dinner party for us and designed a dramatic canopy of twinkling lights that illuminated our two long dinner tables around the lily pond - truly magical! We would trust Alison and Bryan with any event and want to plan a vow renewal just so we can work with them again. The worst part about our wedding being over was not getting to chat with A+B everyday!

I had a solid idea of what my wedding was going to look like and about a year to make it come to life. That said, I had hired all my vendors and planned the event pretty much on my own, but Selena's expertise towards the middle-end of the planning process was key to our wedding going off without a hitch. Selena's expertise really helped in areas such as group vendor phone calls, software to map the venue and flow of event, generating a multi page timeline, and of course day of support. In my instance, I essentially passed off all my planning about 1-2 months out. By then, Selena had already sat in on phone calls with all vendors so she was able to tie up all loose ends/send out final communications. That way, I could start to focus on things like pre-folding 120 napkins, getting my table cloths steamed etc lol Selena is creative, easy to communicate with, and kind hearted.
