She arrived right on time & had everyone at my fiancé's job recording the performance! She showed up in the pink monkey suit playing a small guitar & sang 2 songs. They provided a pink stuffed monkey to match the costume & a letter from me to my fiancé. I didn't get to choose the songs but they were still great nonetheless. I highly recommend using their services when you want to make someone's day. I wasn't sure who was more pink, the monkey or my fiancé from being so surprised!

Oh, and did I mention that I came up with this idea less than a week before we needed it to happen? Thank you Justeen! We asked for a chicken witty and entertaining enough for our super fun and intelligent teacher, that the parents would laugh at AND that the kids would enjoy, and you definitely pulled it off! Chuck, you are a phenomenal chicken!!! All I had to do was make a phone call and then fill out the email questionnaire and Chuck tailored our presentation just for us! It was fun and you personalized it just enough. It never sounded like you were reading a script or doing the same tired old act. Upbeat and fun...even at the last minute. When the schedule changed at the very last minute, I was afraid they wouldn't be able to make it happen, and I worried about an increased fee since all we had to work with was our donation money. Not a problem. They were completely accommodating, no extra fee, and they kept in contact with me every step of the way. Chuck arrived just as planned and everything went off without a hitch. I will absolutely use A Class Act again. Chuck tells us he does 40 different characters, and I can't wait to see some more. He's very talented, polite and patient. This really is a class act service!

OMG! This owner is hungry money, Elizabeth like to demands clients, unprofessional, rude, temper…read moretantrum, harassing me by texts for tips before and after the party to all her people, which so unprofessional, I have to finished the payments before the party started Zelle only no Credit Card now I know why, because you will never get what you paid for like she promised you from beginning she over delivered, talk a lot, run away from problems let her husband deal with all the problems that she created disrespectful to the all her clients, not keep her promises and claiming on employees no take responsibility at all. I wish I would read all the reviews before I hired her! And She repeated herself she is in the business for 25 years. So in 25 years how many people got fault from this woman?? This is a fault company Please get away from this company! Elizabeth did not have her own team! Whenever she has people looking for their magic party like the title of her company name, she will help you hire people randoms from everywhere, which you can do that on ChatGPT, Google, many website pull up direct contact you can call them and Book your what your needs without go through her company and you don't have to pay double the prices with her. And they are more professional. I found out few of her people worked at my party their first time work with her, she hired them on yelp. And we can do that too without paying extra or over prices which we don't need, we can save way more money for our party for another expenses. She wanted to charge me for $950 of the balloons Arch OMG so lucky I didn't go for it! I go to Instagram I found one for $375. She is the best! Super professional and sweet, great customer service! Set up the morning of my party day, pick up and clean up the day after. I saved $600 I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending nearly $2,000 on services for my daughter's birthday party, I feel it's important to share my experience. I specifically hired Elizabeth's shaved ice cart because she told me it would be different from a typical shaved ice vendor. She explained that, for $550 for two hours, the cart would include fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream, which justified the higher price. Based on those promises, I had high expectations and confidently recommended the vendor to my guests. Unfortunately, that is not what was provided. The cart arrived late, and instead of fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream, there were only: * Flavored syrups * Ice * One small bag of frozen mango * One bag of frozen blueberries There was no fresh fruit, no vanilla ice cream, no attractive presentation, and no signage. The employee also did not actively engage with guests or provide the level of service I expected for a premium-priced dessert station. I didn't have a chance to personally try the shaved ice until about 30 minutes before the service ended, and that is when I realized the promised items were missing. Another concern was the payment process. I had already paid over $700 as a deposit. I planned to pay the remaining balance by credit card after the party, but Elizabeth told me her credit card machine was "down" and required me to pay before the event started. Since her company normally accepts credit cards, I didn't think much of it at the time. Looking back, I wish I had recognized this as a warning sign. If I had been able to wait until after the event to make the final payment, I would have had the opportunity to address the missing items before paying in full. What disappointed me even more was how my concerns were handled afterward. When I contacted Elizabeth, rather than taking responsibility and trying to make things right, she repeatedly blamed her employee. As a business owner myself, I understand that employees can make mistakes, but customers hire the company--not an individual employee. It is the business owner's responsibility to ensure customers receive the service that was promised. Instead, the conversation became unprofessional. Elizabeth raised her voice, continued blaming her employee, and eventually handed the phone to her husband. Her husband was polite and respectful, but despite our conversation, there was no meaningful resolution, apology, refund, or effort to make things right. I paid $550 expecting a premium shaved ice experience with fresh fruit and vanilla ice cream, but what was delivered was essentially shaved ice, flavored syrups, and two bags of frozen fruit. That is not what I agreed to purchase. I hope this company improves its communication, honors what is promised to customers, and learns that excellent customer service means taking responsibility when something goes wrong instead of placing blame on employees.

She usually texts the location address with other relevant info a few days prior event. I needed to check the distance between that event and other potential events I might be hired for on Oct.31, so I asked her yesterday, Oct.15, for said address. She replied that "there must have been a mix up" as she had booked another artist. She didn't even inform me she had replaced me! Nor why. I texted her own confirmation that she has me booked. Zero explanation. Fyi, she promised with text (as usual) to pay me $30 for travel to another event a few months ago. She didn't. I had to remind her twice with own own text messages within a several weeks until she finally sent me that money. Lastly, at one point in our relationship she bragged proudly how she is a Christian. In the context of being honest. I wish she hadn't. Hence, beware of this unprofessional, virtue signaling hypocrite.
