This is the only location here and really wanted to go back because I've been a customer to this company for 7yrs going back to when I was living in Michigan and I had my first child. I gave them a second chance and it was worth it. Adam and Elizabeth was AMAZING! And when we noticed Adam forgot to shoot a pose of my oldest and youngest they shot it and gave it to me. I really appreciate their positive attitudes and the care and time they took. They definitely gave me a much better experience.

No one that did passport ids knew how or would actually even take my picture for me. Three of the places actually had broken cameras. Go Figure. One place had a camera but no one knew how to do it. LOL. So I did a Yelp search and came up with this place. I knew exactly where it was and flew right on over. It was a small older shop and the guy working there was very nice and was able to touch up my scabby forehead for me. It was just $12 or so which was cheaper than most of the places that could or couldn't take passport pics. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The phone was constantly ringing, but the photographer was able to multi task. Odd part, I went to use the restroom while there. I think it was shortly after Easter or something. I ended up running face to face with guinea pig and rabbits in the hallway in a cage on the way to the restroom. I really was shocked and then found great humor in this. I am saying it was mostly for Easter props, but who knows these days. LOL If you need some pics and are looking around, I would give this place a shot.

we went there for a family portrait session, the session went well but the results were awful. I…read moreguess the photographer that day had no basic knowledge about photography. I (with no experience at all) definitely could make better photos than what she did, the least thing you try to make is to center the photo so the sides on the right and left are somehow equal but for the pics she took, you would see someone on the right cut from the shoulder while on the left there's empty space! in other photos both persons on the right and left ends are cut from the shoulder. beside she didn't suggest nice poses they were all too classic. The worst part is that they don't show you the pics right after each pose so you don't know if you looked bad or closed your eyes until the end of the session and since we were seven people in the session so several pics had someone had his/her eyes closed. we asked the photographer if we could repeat some of them but she refused! very unprofessional from her side. I'm really mad with the results. out of 10 photos in the session, only 5 were ok. the rest are horrible! I strongly advice anyone not to go here. you really don't wanna mess with a family portrait especially if you like us rarely gather all family members at once. the last time we were all in one photo was 3 years ago and God knows when will be the next time but I'll make sure to avoid jcp in general and this location in particular.
