I've had a few fills done by Lyn and she is honestly so sweet and one of the best lash esthetician's I have met! She takes her time and makes sure the end result is exactly what you want. I did not end up using Studio Velle ( I was on a very very short time frame and she was booked out a few days ) However , I still give 5 stars for communication. I sent a message EARLY in the morning. She responded quickly! If she cares enough to answer ( even when she couldn't help me ) that quickly. I'm sure she puts the same dedication into her work. I will use her in the future ***update*** I have now had my lashes done here a few times. If I could give 10 stars I would. They come out perfect every time and they last longer then any place I have gone. Her space is clean, beautiful and super convenient . Online booking is easy too. For those times when you meant to call all day to schedule but don't remember that you forgot till its midnight and your laying bed trying to remember what you forgot to do that day :). This is my first time here. I saw the great reviews from Yelp! I got a full set of mink extensions. I love them! Hien is so wonderful!! She's so sweet and friendly. She's got a great attitude and a cute spunk about her. And more importantly... she did a fabulous job on my lashes!! She's very through and explains everything to you and makes sure your comfortable. They had just recently changed their prices, that I was not aware of. It was after I scheduled my appointment online and went into place before my actual appointment. But Hien was so cool about it and understood. She gave me $25 off because of that. I still paid $20 more than what was listed for the old price. This was my first time getting lash extensions. I thought they looked good, but noticed that the glue started to clump together the next day on my left eye. It also seemed to crust on my lower lid. Really disgusting,but again since this was my first time i assumed it was normal. My lashes started to fall off after a few days. I kept getting more clumps on my left eye and it itched often. The lashes would keep falling out in little crusted clumps. As the lashes cotinue to fall off 3 weeks later i notice my actual lashes are gone as well. So i got lashes that lasted maybe a few days before beginning to fall out and have nothing left to use mascara on or even put falsies on. I actually feel like she ruined my face. Who knows how long it will take to grow my lashes back? Grrr.... And she wasnt very friendly at first and seemed dissapointed that i showed up. Waste of money & now i will look like a hairless toad until my hair grows back. Thanks for nothing:( read more

I am in love with my lashes. Angela does such a good job and I love her work I can't say it enough. She is professional and her studio is clean and beautiful. As someone in the beauty industry as well, I knew exactly what kind of look I wanted and it took me a while to find someone perfect. LOL I wanted full, wispy, and flirty lashes and she delivered! I wanted to be able to wake up and look like I had lashes that weren't tooo crazy looking for work, but I also wanted it to be full enough for events and special occasions. I found this place on yelp and let me tell you Angela is the best! I called her and she helped me to try to get in as soon as possible. It was a week out, although the next day after scheduling Angela was so kind to squeeze me in! It was my first time getting extensions so I didn't know what to expect and how to choose. Angela was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Her quality of work is superb. I booked for a one hour lash fill but she took her time to match what I already had on which was not done by her. She even exceeded the timeframe just to make sure she did it right and that my set was complete. At the end, she suggested looks I should try next and what works well with my natural lashes and facial features. Very artistic and tasteful. Not to mention the whole process of scheduling and rescheduling was done at ease. She responded to my emails right away and took care of everything for me.
