I have now lost half of my length that I spent 10 years growing out and I am beyond devastated. This same hairdresser now claims that this is in fact what I asked for and that she actually tried to tell me not to go shorter. Absolutely disgusting service. Upon calling for a refund, I was treated rudely, told that I was lucky that my reference picture was not followed and that the way my hair was cut was in fact what I asked for. I was even told that the way it was cut was a "conservative" decision. My hair should have been cut HOW I ASKED NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT WAS IN MY "BEST INTEREST". I was offered half a refund if I took my reviews down. Alongside this, my before photos all apparently aren't accurate by their standards and the difference between before and after is in fact 2 inches..I would rather everyone know how bad of an experience I had than get my money back. She asked so many questions about what I wanted and we looked at pictures online together to make sure she had a clear understanding of my expectations. Not only do I love how my hair turned out but she also took the time to educate me by providing styling tips, product recommendations, and hair treatments. I am so happy to have found someone who is both knowledgeable and talented. Oh, and she was super sweet and easy to talk to. I suck at small-talk and she made me feel very comfortable.
