Barley felt the cleanse and the dermaplane was done slow and left a lot of hair on my face. There was no massage during mask and at the esthetician stepped out twice during my service. I was also just finished with moisturizer and spf mixed I assume because there was just 1 finishing product. And no lip balm. Sorry but I will not be returning and as someone who gets facials regularly I do not recommend
