I showed up on time to a 4:30pm class, forgot my special Pilates socks, and I'm told by Megan at the front desk, I will be charged a $20 No Show fee, even though I'm present. I had to buy a pair of socks for $16 or go home to get them. I did, and now I'm 10 min late, and Megan at the front says she can't let me in the class, if you are more than 5 min late. Unbelievable! I appreciate Pilates and it's been a long horrific road healing a leg break, but if your life is not exactly the same, with the exact same schedule, no changes w family or something happens that's different in your schedule, you will make a mistake and stack up fees. You have to buy the $199 unlimited pass or you won't get into classes. So it's $199+ fees, so it's actually quite expensive. Club Pilates is all about business & getting sign ups, and charging fees, versus a focus on health and wellness of people. Megan was nasty and being present should not invoke a $20 No Show fee. Instructors have been moved around and brand new ones have started which have caused minor injuries, like strains, since they don't explain or provide detailed instructions or alternative movements or work an area or muscle too hard. Best instructors like Morgan, Cheryl, Kylie, Shelly, are rarely there. I'm letting the owner know, this business model sucks!! It's not flexible and humans do make mistakes. Update: I asked to speak with management, at the club and by email, and instead they communicated by suddenly cancelling my membership & 2 weeks of bookings by text! Without a conversation! I asked for a refund as I no longer have access to classes I paid for, and they did not provide one. Do not support this greedy owner!

Nothing but trouble from the glitchy app. Constantly getting kicked off and signed out. It is a…read moremajor pain to use every time. Signing up for classes is a frustration. You can't sign up until your monthly pmt goes through, but by then all the classes for the week are full. If you work or don't have a wide open schedule it's very difficult to find a class time at your level that works. The classes you pay for in a month don't roll over. They will work with you somewhat so you dont lose a class you paid for. Over-all, I found that what I was getting out of this was not worth the price or the hassle.

I started going after a friend recommended I should try it. I had 2 kids and was struggling getting that extra weight off and get back into shape. I instantly fell in love. I like that classes are smaller with only 12 reformers. It was a perfect decision for me: my posture is getting better, my body is getting toner and I'm getting more flexible. I started to notice a difference in as few as 2 weeks. You feel it in muscles you didn't even know you had! All the instructors are amazing!! They strive to help you where you are at in your fitness journey. Everyone is on their own fitness journey. Everyone in classes are so positive and respectful for one another. As far as the other 1 star rating regarding billing, BODYBAR is no different than any other gym with it's billing policies. Simply give the 30 days notice required, and billing is stopped for the next payment. I discontinued my daughter's membership and it was as simple as that. They also will conveniently put your membership on a temporary hold if you have a circumstance that might prevent you from coming in for a while. I love the teachers and would highly recommend this Pilates gym to anyone wanting a hard, great workout!

We did a trio class with Lindsay and boy did she jump right in. We started with the chair and it was challenging but felt good. We didn't do too much on the reformer but did enough to test it out. She was attentive to each of us (who had different levels or adjustments needed) and was constantly providing adjustments. It was a fulfilling hour-long class that made us want more (really! We wanted to see if we could squeeze it into our trip again on our remaining days) The space was clean and beautiful with heated floors and nice facilities. The session focused on connecting with your inner child, and it was surprisingly fun, heartfelt, and even a little healing. Bonus -- I ended up winning their raffle! Also, they have staff in this bldg 3 days a week for just a few hours at a time, so when you need to cancel and it HAS to be done in person, you'll have to carve out some specific time in the schedule to go have your money stolen. The restroom is in the same building, but outside of the studio. You need the key to get inside of the restroom. Ask the instructor for the key. The instructor, Anna, was super helpful and nice. She made sure my movements and postures were correct, which is exactly what I needed for an effective workout. I felt energized and good after the workout, so I look forward to coming back again.
