She was extremely professional during all steps of the process making sure to call us before our ceremony so she would have an idea of the look we were going for in poses and photo locations. On our wedding day, she arrived early and continued to ask us more questions about what we were looking for in our photos. She was more than happy to take our suggestions on which poses we wanted to do and camera angles we wanted to experiment with. Even though we had already told her which locations we wanted pictures taken in, she was also professional enough to take pictures in completely unexpected locations that we walked by as we were headed to other previously selected locations. When we received our photos, we couldn't be happier. They turned out great! Even better than what we were expecting. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer, engagement pictures, family photos, etc. we can't recommend her enough.

The night before my family's scheduled…read morephoto shoot she e-mailed a contract stating it needed to be signed or she would cancel the session. The problem was that there were several conflicting statements. Most troubling is the "Privacy" and "Copyright" sections of her contract. Signing this contract meant signing away any privacy of my family's images or copying the images to make things like holiday cards (which pretty much defeated the point of a family picture). I highly recommend anyone seeking Mila's services read her contract carefully in advance. Some of the inconsistencies for my situation are listed below: 1. Half of the session fees needed to be paid 7 days prior to the photo shoot which was impossible since she sent the contract the day before the shoot. 2. She verbally said it was okay to have a picture as your desktop background but the contract stated no pictures could be on your desktop or phone. 3. In the "payment" section it was clear that she did not honor the Groupon $200 worth of services, she only applied the purchased amount of $58. The session was scheduled in the time frame in which the Groupon was valid. I spoke with Mila and asked for these items to be amended before signing the contract but she refused and canceled the photo shoot. I explained that my family members had arranged work schedules and had traveled for this photo shoot but it did not make a difference to her. Unprofessional is the nicest thing I have to say about Mila.

From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done. We were delighted to find out that once he received it he developed a plan on how he was going to do the restoration. We knew he was the right photographer as he did an amazing job on each of our children's weddings. Everyone had remarked about his beautiful work and loved him. We recently received an email of the before and after and couldn't be happier with them. We now are awaiting the actual restored photos with great excitement. I would have him work on any restoration project that has sentimental value to you. When dealing with these photos you realize that if someone doesn't have their heart in their work and messes it up, you only had one shot, and the project would have been permanently destroyed. I have PCOS and it affects my weight(185#) and weird hair growth. I have anxiety which has caused other problems. I NEVER thought I could do something like this. Just talking to the lady to schedule the appointment was terrifying but she made me feel comfortable. Trying to walk into the building the day of the appointment was a whole other challenge. I talked myself into it and made it in through the door. I was greeted by the most kind women that assured me it would be a great expierience. One thing that helped was to know that they all had to expierience this when getting hired. They all know the feelings I was feeling that day. My make up was beautiful. I'd wear make up all the time if I could make it look like that! Then came time to take "it" all off somehow I did that, too! Once they started taking pictures it was so easy! She told me where to go, how to pose, where to put my had/arm etc etc. I couldn't believe how comfortable I was wearing nearly nothing! I ended up purchasing all of the photos at the end on a drive. Was it expensive...well yeah. They work hard! Was it worth it...100%. My husband's reaction was priceless. 1st thing he said was that he's always seen these on facebook but never thought I would do that. For his 30th birthday I had surprised him with a trip to his first michigan game and bought him an authentic jersey. I wore that jersey for part of the photo shoot. I also took a few other photos in a bralette and panties. My advise...if you ever thought this would be neat but not sure if you could then just do it!!
