The venue was overcrowded, making it difficult for guests to move around or enjoy the dance floor. The food was cold and of poor quality/not tasty, and the show and music did not meet expectations. You definitely have to dress it up with decor, and even then it still looks just okay. nothing super fancy. The sound quality can be hit or miss, which may depend on the DJ and equipment. The bathrooms feel a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Parking is probably the biggest challenge. The lot is small, and while there's some parking outside the gate and on the street, it gets crowded especially since they can host multiple events at once. It can be a bit chaotic, and people don't always park properly, so patience is key when arriving. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Although an employee was assigned to be on site, she was sitting outside and only came in once 1/2 before the ending time to 'gently' let us know that the ending time was near and they would need to come in to clean. All of my guests cleaned up after themselves - no surprise - and this left a minimal amount of time needed on the back end to clean up the Venue. My interaction with 'Doc' weeks leading up to my S3 Event was professional and when I noted a discrepancy in the Contract, it was quickly handled. l would and have recommended this Venue to others and their interaction with Doc - other then him needing an Assistant for the never ending telephone calls - was seamless.
