She was compassionate, responsive and sincere when I contacted her about correcting another person's work and all through our contact, up until our last texting. Our conversations made me feel taken care of and in good hands. The photos and reviews on her website are (mostly) great. She told me she does more corrections than initial liners. After two sessions with her I am sorry to say that she has the best of intentions but, in my case, did a very bad job. She didn't listen to me - twice - when I told her the liner wasn't even. (I showed her a picture from her own website as an example of what I would like. It's the picture below mine.) I went to her for a correction and to add the top liner. The bottom liner now looks worse than the original issue - and this is after the second session touchup that should have finished the corrections on the bottom. In our texting back and forth regarding this she said she could not understand why I came at her with such anger. She was right. I am angry. She also said that I accepted the results after looking in the mirror. She's right again - but ONLY AFTER TELLING HER THE BOTTOM WASN'T EVEN - BOTH SESSIONS - BUT BEING REASSURED BY HER THAT IT WAS AND IT WOULD EVEN OUT. It never looked right to me. I texted her twice after the second session about it not being even and she told it looked great and that I had to trust the process. I finally send her the "angry" text and told her I am getting a saline removal procedure to try to fix what she did and request a partial refund since the top line is OK. She responded that she offered a third session to fix this and that since I was so unhappy we should just part ways. I would not give her a third try after the second fail.

BEWARE.... I met with Kristi for a consultation to get hair extensions after losing my hair the…read morepassed two years. I showed her the picture of what I was hoping to achieve. (See photo) My hair was dark brown and a blunt cut just at the shoulders. I ordered 18" wefts through her per her suggestion. The hair that was sent didn't look AT ALL like the hair I was hoping for but this being my first time with extensions and she said she could color them so I trusted her and the process. Instead I looked like a clown with my dark hair and ice blond extensions and no blend whatsoever. (See photo) It wasnt anything like the photo but I was trying to go with it. I asked her to add blond to my hair to at least try to blend into the extensions. The color blended better but the cut did not. She cut over FOUR INCHES off of my $300 extensions. Mutilated my natural hair and it still didnt look good. (See photo) I couldn't wear my hair down, no style could make these look good. I've been very frustrated that I decided to take the extensions out to find my natural hair completely botched, completely thinned out and uneven. I sent Kristi a message and she called me with such attitude. She literally argued with me for 10 minutes before finally admitting the extensions weren't right and admitted she shouldn't have put them in, especially knowing I would need more hair that I wasn't aware of yet. She offered to purchase new extensions for me adding that would be the last thing she would do for free. Two days later she called me to let me know she would NOT be ordering new extensions for me, that she had random pieces of extensions laying around at the salon she would use and place my cut up extensions back in my hair. I explained that wouldn't give me the look I paid for. She told me to go see another stylist somewhere else. This woman was so unprofessional, rude and unapologetic after destroying my natural hair as well as the hair extensions I paid hundreds for. I gave her multiple chances and suggestions to right her wrongs but she told me she would not do any of that and she doesn't give refunds. If you have good luck with her, be grateful cuz her customer service is astonishing.

At approximately 9:45am my wife started experiencing severe chest pain So we went to the ER, and got sent back to a room which is where I'm writing this from. Our phones aren't getting reception, so I asked my daughter to call and reschedule. They told her to give them our credit card information so they could charge us a no show fee which is "about half of what the bill would have been". So they wanted a $100 no show fee. I understand they lost a slot, but sometimes true emergencies come up. To ask an 11 year for their parent's credit card info seems, at the least, sleazy at the least.
