When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken right away and while I was receiving my hair cut, she was giving me knowledgeable tips and tricks on how to cut and style my hair. She is very kind and friendly, and I really like that she explains her process, offers advice on how to maintain your haircut, and checks multiple times to make sure you're happy with what she is doing. I have had some bad experiences with other hairdressers cutting my hair too short or not listening to what I wanted, but here I always leave feeling super satisfied with the results. The owner, Natasha reached out to me immediately after seeing my review to see how this could be resolved. Then the manager, Rilee contacted me the next day to further apologize for my experience and offered to fix my hair at no extra charge. She was so so nice and really made me feel heard and was just a pleasant person to talk to. While I don't love the length of my hair at the moment, she did everything she could to make me feel much better about the haircut. She was very meticulous and considerate. She even offered to comp my next haircut with her. I look forward to seeing her!

When it got to the point that I began dreading my appointments because I never knew what kind of mood she'd be in or what she'd be complaining about - her health, family, roommates - I realized it was time to make a change.
