Just chopped how she saw fit and I literally have one inch long hairs near my bangs that stand on their own now. Worst haircut experience I've ever had 0/10. I left and cried for 30 minutes about how traumatizing it was watching her cut my hair. I wish I had said something but I didn't and wanted to trust the process but it was horrible.
