Had an amazing shellac pedicure with Linda. One of the best ... love this salon.

She gave me the break down for day passes based on age and price, and then told me gym hours. I explained to her what my daughter did, her age and that my daughter just needed a tread and we'd be there tomorrow . When we arrived, we were told she couldn't buy a pass and could only participate in classes. None of this mentioned before. I wasted a half day and private car service to get to this gym so she could work out. I called ahead of time to ensure it would be okay and yet still the staff's lack of training or even basic knowledge of spa/gym rules caused us a major headache on vacay. If we were in a non touristy town, I'd probably be more understanding but cmon, the least this expensive hotel could do is train their staff on basics so not to inconvenience guests and potential customers. Of course when I asked to speak to a manager so that they were aware of what occurred so they could work on training, she was coincidentally unavailable. I also called and asked for her twice after this experience. My phone call checking in on guest passes for the gym was at 11:15 on 12/30. I'd encourage you to train people who work for a supposed high end establishment.

About an hour after my service was done and I had left the spa, the gel polish started lifting on my toe nails and 5 of them peeled off almost instantly. I believe this was because of how thick it was put on and the fact that it was painted over my skin causing it to separate almost instantly. We were staying an hour away from the spa and had to leave the following day to drive home, so I did not have time to go back and get the issue fixed. I sent a note to management expressing my frustration because I spent 4x what I would normally spend on this service and expected more, but did not hear back.

The father, Tony did the fill reassuring me that I did not need to soak off and reapply. I even gave me some advice to tell my nail tech at home to correct the shape of my nails. David, his son used gel to polish my nails making them look great. After my nails were done it was time for my toes. David did my toes doing a wonderful job. During our conversation, David recommended several local businesses. I do recommend this business. But don't expect to get out without paying close to $100 for both a fill and a pedicure.

This nail salon was the worst experience in my entire life. The salon itself was filthy. The…read moremanicure stations were covered in other people's nail clippings and skin debris and the pedicure tubs were disgusting. I was desperate to have my nails done for an event I had to attend that day and they were the only place available to take me. I denied the pedicure because of the grotesque tubs. I endured the rude nail technician who seemed aggravated that I was seeking his services. Ugh, Horrible experience! My nails were passable for the event but definitely not professionally manicured. Press on nails would have looked better and cheaper. I truly I don't understand why this shop is even legally open and operating. The curtains were closed, no air venalation, it smelled like mold, the walls were covered with dead animal heads. Apparently hunting is a hobby and the carpet looked like it was 30-yrs old. Yuck! Do yourself a favor, never step foot or hand in this place.

Yeesh! I maybe should have read the reviews before coming here. I walked away thinking "hmm, that…read morewas an interesting experience..." and now am seeing that maybe I'm not alone! I had a mama's day out to shop and roam around town and when I saw chair massages on a sign outside, I said, "sign me up!" I was greeted by the owner who was friendly and happy to see me. She then called a masseuse who was nearby at the park to come and do my chair massage. It took him about 10 minutes to get there which was no biggy because there are comfy couches, water, and interesting merchandise to look at. I learned that they are mostly aiming to focus on their oxygen bar moving forward. Ok, now to the massage. It was not great. He definitely talked a lot and made it sound like he knew anatomy, etc. but I felt like he was just poking me the entire time. I left feeling the exact same/maybe even a little more stiff than when I walked in. Not to mention, he and the owner got in a little tiff while he was massaging me and he said the "F" word! I was shocked. I could tell that there was tension between them for sure. Anyways, I can see how this might be a good spot to get oxygen to battle high altitude symptoms, but I wouldn't get a chair massage here again.
