I've never had my hair dyed, so I was a bit nervous, plus my hair is jet black and my goal was to go silver. Kylie's initial response time was incredible, she immediately got me in for a consultation. She actually took the time out to hear what I wanted, discuss and explain the process in a manner that I would understand. She explained to me every step of the process and let me know of the obvious results of bleaching hair (bleach is damaging, I get that, it will dry out your hair a bit). The wonderful thing about Kylie is, she will go out of her way to make sure you leave that salon feeling like a million bucks and if you don't, she will do everything in her power to make sure you're happy. She truly takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows. She wants to make sure you're getting what you want and still leaving with healthy, beautiful hair. With me personally, she emphasized keeping my hair healthy during the process, rather than bleaching it until it's dead! I'm still undergoing the journey to silver but with every appointment, I get lighter and lighter! And I couldn't be happier with each result! Her prices are reasonable. Her attention to detail is beyond what you'd expect or get anywhere else! And Kylie herself? Well, I've never met a sweeter person with such devotion and love for what she does! She genuinely cares about her clients, their hair and their satisfaction. She gets just as excited for my hair as I do! And it's extremely refreshing to see her enthusiasm! I was billed a significant amount more for this root color touch up than in the past and as listed on the website. that was corrected. then there evidently is now a 9%amenitie fee for the residential hot tub on the roof in the condo portion of the building. I'm not sure how that relates to a hair color treatment, but I did not pay that additional fee...... I'm not a resident of the building and not sure what would happen if the salon guests were to use it. there is also no mention that that is available for patrons of the salon getting hair color Treatment.

She did not listen or do to what I wanted for my haircut. It looks awful - very choppy and she cut 5" off the front. I told her I wanted a trim but she did not do that. She yabbered non-stop for 2 hours then turned around and charged me $375! She wanted Venmo which you can't dispute and she wouldn't leave until I paid her the $375. I wanted her out of my house so I paid her. The next day after being so upset I asked for a Venmo refund for $100 because I was so unhappy, but she won't return phone calls or texts. It was the worst haircut and service I've ever gotten. Never go to RosaLea!!!

I had a mama's day out to shop and roam around town and when I saw chair massages on a sign outside, I said, "sign me up!" I was greeted by the owner who was friendly and happy to see me. She then called a masseuse who was nearby at the park to come and do my chair massage. It took him about 10 minutes to get there which was no biggy because there are comfy couches, water, and interesting merchandise to look at. I learned that they are mostly aiming to focus on their oxygen bar moving forward. Ok, now to the massage. It was not great. He definitely talked a lot and made it sound like he knew anatomy, etc. but I felt like he was just poking me the entire time. I left feeling the exact same/maybe even a little more stiff than when I walked in. Not to mention, he and the owner got in a little tiff while he was massaging me and he said the "F" word! I was shocked. I could tell that there was tension between them for sure. Anyways, I can see how this might be a good spot to get oxygen to battle high altitude symptoms, but I wouldn't get a chair massage here again.
