Was in town for work event. Got me in for a blowout with only hours notice. Needed it for a party I…read morewas attending that night. Did a shampoo and conditioner treatment that I loved! My hairdresser back home said wow, your hair is so soft! Highly recommend them! Thank you!

The salon is very trendy and gorgeous. It is also very busy and can be a bit overstimulating since…read moretheir stations are pretty close together in an open area concept. For the hundreds of dollars I spent a on a color, highlight and cut, I expected really good service. I had color all over my forehead and both cheeks. When I asked about the large circle on my forehead, I was handed a color off wipe so I could wipe the color off myself. Although the mark was more of a slight chemical burn. The stylist had completely forgot I booked a haircut until halfway through foils , so she did a quick dry cut after drying my hair before styling. I was there for about 5 hours and I left with a light shade of blonde in the back of my hair and a darker Caramel color in the front . When I got home I noticed I had some bleach bleeds in the back (she did not show me the back once) I showed photo and said I like ashy blonde and they toned me with 8G an 9NW - which means my hair was very gold/Carmel aka a tad orange. I don't mean to drag anyone in this review, but I want to be honest. There is nothing worse than spending a ton of money then go home and fix your hair, luckily in another life I worked as a hairdresser and am able to fix my hair , but not everyone can.

I have had my hair colored by Beth B for several years and honestly she keeps my 'crown of glory'…read moreso enviable. You know that 'just leaving the salon' look? I walk out of the salon with it and it stays at full tilt until my next appointment at House of Hebe. Beth is truly a gifted colorist and even when I had to move overseas a few years, I booked a flight and appointment 2x a year to keep up my highlights. She knows all my secrets too as I've spent so many hours in her chair and her customer services are so to notch, she'd probably help me bury the body as well. I feel lucky that I can always rely on her and her skills for consistent, long lasting color!

I had a really disappointing experience at House of Hebe…read more I went in for face-framing highlights and had a clear consultation where we agreed on red-violet tones. Unfortunately, the end result looked nothing like that. My hair turned out very brassy, uneven, and looked more like over-processed bleach than a toned, intentional color. It didn't look professionally done, and I was honestly embarrassed with how it turned out. I reached out to the salon hoping they would help fix it, but was told they don't take responsibility and that I could book another appointment. When I spoke with Erin and explained my concerns, she insisted that "this is what red-violet looks like" and didn't seem open to feedback or acknowledging that the result was not what was discussed. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable going back, so I canceled the redo appointment and ended up correcting my hair myself. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
