I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day. I really appreciated how proactive she was. During the appointment, she took the time to explain how each treatment works and how to space them out so my hair stays healthy. I can't believe how much she listen and helped me get what I was after not one this but, a few years back in 202, Robin and a couple of other did my hair for my wedding in 2021.
