My original one ended up double booking, and her timeline for me didn't make me feel comfortable, so I had to drop her. She immediately set up a phone call and trial session with me, and I felt SO much better! Cathy can do any look for you, whether it's super glam or minimalistic and natural. I wanted to go towards a more natural makeup look since I've never been a heavy makeup kind of person. Despite this, Cathy made some great suggestions that would give my face that extra bridal pop without overdoing it. She is SO patient, and you can tell that she loves what she does and always has so much fun trying different looks and palettes. After a not so great experience with my first bridal hair/makeup trial with another MUA/hairstylist , I decided to give it another shot and chose Cathy for my second trial who was referred by a close friend. Right from the beginning she made me feel comfortable. She listened, gave helpful suggestions, and most importantly ensured I looked and feel great during the whole process which was very important to me given my initial trial with another MUA was totally opposite of that. Makeup and hair ended looking fantastic and I knew there was no doubt she will be my MUA/hairstylist for my big day! She air brushed my make up for the wedding day but used the regular application of foundation for engagement photos.
