My initial trial was almost FOUR hours long because she wanted to make sure I loved every single detail before moving on to the next step of my hair and makeup. She was so patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about bringing my vision to life. When I changed my mind about my hairstyle last minute, she even offered to do another hair trial right before my wedding to make sure I was 100% happy with the final look. That level of dedication and accommodation meant so much to me, especially during such a stressful time! What I also loved about Dantam was that she wasn't afraid to make recommendations based on her expertise. She suggested a few things I was initially hesitant about, like double eyelid tape and brown eyeshadow under my eyes, but OMG I am SO glad I trusted her!! Those little details completely transformed my look, and I couldn't believe how amazing everything came together. The funniest part is that I actually used ChatGPT to generate an inspiration photo of how I wanted my wedding hair and makeup to look. Obviously, ChatGPT is going to make me look unrealistically good, so I went into it knowing I probably wouldn't look exactly like the AI-generated photo. BUT SOMEHOW DANTAM MADE ME LOOK EVEN BETTER THAN THE INSPO PHOTO!!! I genuinely couldn't believe it. I have never looked or felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. My hair and makeup were everything I envisioned and SO much more. Dantam truly went above and beyond to make sure I looked my absolute best. And on top of everything, my hair and makeup lasted ALL NIGHT LONG! Beyond her incredible talent, Dantam is genuinely one of the sweetest people to work with. My makeup was prefect! She covered all the areas I requested and prepped the makeup in case of tears. My hair was beautiful and she knew what to do to accentuate the accessories I had. Her assistants are skilled but may be off the mark sometimes. My bridesmaid's foundation was a few shades too light as she has a darker complexion. She is very talented, listens to you, and manages to make you look like a glammed up version of yourself for the big day. She has several packages to choose from, and she offers trials as well. I sent her links to my pinterest page, and she was able to get the look I was going for. I was a little concerned that the hair and makeup may not last until the wee hours of the night, but they did! So well in fact, that I had panda eyes when I tried to wash everything off, haha. Throughout the day, I had to re-touch the undereye with q-tips and YSL touch eclat, but that's pretty par for the course. The hair looked as good at the end of the night as it did in the morning for the first look. I'll attach a photo during one of the wardrobe changes, which shows my hair around 8 hours later. She gets back to you in a reasonable of time, is responsible and shows up punctually (I had a 6 am start, so this was important), and most importantly, is really good at what she does. Bonus that she was able to help lace up my corset and get me into my dress. She's a pro at veils and explaining to your party how to swap the veil for the comb as well. Plus, she's really nice and pleasant, which is helpful when you're stressed out. She packs a touch up kit for you, which has trial/deluxe products that you may need, which was a lovely bonus. Anyway, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hair and MUA!
