I had even booked my trial updo and told my wedding party of the costs. In the meantime, I stopped searching for stylists and turned a few down that I had also called for inquiries (who have since booked someone else). Almost two months later I get a phone call from someone other then the girl who booked me, saying that Krystal had double booked herself and that a family wedding will take precedence. She told me that they will no longer be doing my wedding. I know for certain by speaking with two people at the salon that there was nothing else booked on the day of the wedding. I wouldn't trust this company with something that is important to you, as they don't seem to value customer service and will drop a booking if something better comes up.

She then went on to begin cleaning the foot bath while I was still sitting in the chair, POURING BLEACH into the bubbling tub which then bubbled away for the last 10 minutes of my session. I was left anxiously holding up my fav maxi skirt from being splashed with bleach. Unbelievable! I won't be back and I cannot possibly recommend this spa to anyone.
