I had a very serious experience at this salon that left my hair extremely damaged. During my balayage service, my hair became mushy and gummy when wet, and it was breaking and falling out while the stylist brushed it. I ended up losing a significant amount of length because of the damage, and my hair is still very dry and compromised. The situation was distressing enough that I'm currently exploring my options to address the damage and the cost of repairing it. I expected a much higher level of care and attention during a chemical service. I'm sharing this so other clients are aware and so the salon understands how serious the outcome was for me. read more

Such an amazing experience! Sarah was an angel and absolutely saved my blonde hair after another salon terribly botched it. I am so happy with my results, and the team was so sweet! read more

Please beware of this salon and horrible customer service from the salon owner Lisa. My daughter asked for a balayage and Jess took it upon herself to give her baby highlights instead. Why would she choose to do highlights when my daughter specifically asked for a balayage? So instead of providing good customer service and owning their mistake, instead they came back with lame excuses ( box hair dye, time constraints...) instead of recognizing the fact that Jess did not perform a balayage technique and instead put the bleach on the entire section of hair from root to tip. A balayage is natural free hand brush strokes not simply slapping on bleach from root to tip. Horrible experience and waste of time and money. My daughter had to go to another salon and have the mess that Jess did on her hair covered with a solid colour in order to start from scratch again. They were able to give my daughter a balayage in one appointment with the same amount of time that Jess was given. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. They don't care about you just your money. Stay away. Find another salon. Go to a salon that will actually listen to what you want and try to make you happy. I see they also have other 1 star reviews ( I'd give a 0 if I could) so it's not only us who feels this way about this salon. STAY AWAY. read more

Such an amazing salon filled with not only great stylists, but great people. I have moved around A LOT over the past 18 years...and it's hard to find a salon that compares! This salon is the best in London! I am from NY and Chicago and it feels like I'm back at home. The salon sells the best products (Kerastase, enough said) and it's two floors. Plus a full bar, I was offered a coffee with Baileys, yes please!!! Kayla is a master! She took my hair from yellow and orange to Ice blonde perfection. The haircut was flawless too! Her and her assistant took such good care of me! I can't wait to go back! Thank you so much! read more

I went from medium brown to blonde in one session and the stylist Jess was so so patient with me and very helpful. She didn't charge me for a head massage and toned my brows for free as well. She is an angel and took her entire day to work on my hair. Even styled it for free. I think she is incredible and anyone who wants a good stylist please see Jess. I was shocked at how much blonde I was able to get to in one session. (5 hours) but she took the time to highlight tiny pieces as well. I cannot say enough about how amazing Jess is. The only reason my rating isn't 5 is the price was very high and I did end up noticing streaks in my hair that I didn't particularly want. She did have another assistant that wasn't a professional stylist yet help. I also think the job was amazing but it's a big change. Colour preference and what I find flattering on me and cheaper to maintain. But 10000% recommend Jess if you want a huge change she is amazing. read more

Great experience! I will be coming back! Got a bleach and tone and received exactly what I asked for. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. read more

Stylist was great. I booked a women's cut with the understanding it was $65. I got maybe an inch cut off and my total came to $112. I was never told different stylist had different pricing. That's a huge difference in money for me when I thought it $65 and tip. I will not be retuning to this salon. When booking make sure to ask if your stylist has a different price read more

Was in London Ontario for 8 weeks would recommend this salon, Lisa looked after me so well, will be my to go stop for all hair needs, so nice and accommodating, get my hair blow dried once or twice a week, one highly recommend read more

Overall, this is definitely one of the nicest hair salons in London, Ontario! I love my stylist, Brandy. She's super friendly and makes the time go by so quickly (there's a reason it's called "hair-apy." I've had balayage done by her twice now and she's done an amazing job! Really patient and listens to what the client wants. The prices are also quite reasonable for a higher end salon! I'd definitely recommend this place and my stylist! read more

I cannot say enough positive things about this salon. I have had many experiences over the years and have never once left anything but feeling beautiful, pampered and well informed. The staff creates a warm, friendly environment from the moment you are greeted at the front, to the time you are seated to meet your stylist and have a quality consultation over a hot coffee or tea of your choice. The stylists are very well educated and informed on not only what to do to most flatter your features and face shape, lifestyle etc. but how to perfectly execute! I am someone who personally likes to change my look constantly and am always met with enthusiasm and expertise! Emma does my hair and I have never been happier. She's outgoing, fun, and personable and I always leave feeling like I look like a movie star and like she genuinely cares! I have also seen many stylists, including Courtney and Cayla, and to my experience have never been happier! The staff are all cool, down to earth, and very eager to please. For a high quality salon, I always feel extremely valued. To hear about their training travels to Paris, to relaxing in the calm, clean environment- to the ever-indulgent scalp massages- I can't get enough! As someone who does change their hair often I have never been let down in expectation and always am left with a clear route on getting from point a to point b without any misconception, misunderstanding, or troubles! You invest in these girls because the results speak for themselves- they always maintain the integrity of the hair even if it does mean spreading appointments out. I cannot stress enough to go see for yourself... I can't wait to see them again! read more

I got my haircut done here twice! Today I got it done with Jade Smith! She was so friendly and nice! The staff there always listens to exactly what I want and so far it has always come out perfect. They even styled my hair and my hair feels so silky and smooth. Highly recommend this place! read more

I had Jade do my hair today. The other stylists have been good also, particularly Shauna. However, I have been a little frustrated with how my hair looks within a week or two of my appointment. Most of that may be that my hair seems to have changed over the past few years and that I spend a lot of time in the sun. Also, I am probably not very good at expressing the look that I want. So it may be what it is, it is. Today, Jade went above and beyond, taking the time to figure out the look that I wanted and explaining the pros and cons of different colors and why some may not work for me. I also love the cut. I must also say that all the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. read more

I have never failed to get anything less than a stellar hair cut here! Love the staff who have been so welcoming and easy to chat with. I'm terrible at picking what I want for my hair and the ladies are great at helping make decide and then make it gorgeous! Live out of province but come here every time I am in town :) read more

Only went once... did not find the cut any better than anywhere else. Be careful if they ask, if you wish for a head massage... they will charge you extra. The price was not worth the service... they were friendly enough, but personally think they over charge customers. Never went back, no need. read more

Don't trust for brown-blonde colouring! They will burn your scalp and make your hair orange! Horrible experience and was offered no amends. Still forced me to pay $200+ and left me with ORANGE hair. read more

Incredibly pricy (~55 + tip for a cut). I don't think the cut is exceptional enough to justify that price. However, their scalp massage is amazing. You can probably pay for a cheaper massage! read more

Ilyra cuts my hair. She gets what I'm going for and always delivers the style i want :) top quality stylist

Terrible salon - I had Courtney and came in for a blonde-highlight, chrissy teigen look. I have asian hair and had given backstory that my hair had been bleached before and was strong. She didn't listen at all, ended up lightening the roots and ends by one shade, only, and left a huge chunk of dark in the middle - she clearly knew she had messed up as she kept saying "it'll get lighter" even though it was clear that it was not what I had wanted. I called back after saying I was not happy with the hair, they rebooked me, I went in with Courtney and then expressed heavily that I did not want to pay for a correction as I had clearly stated what I had wanted the first time and that I was really unhappy with my last visit. I repeated this almost 5 times saying "I am a student and I cannot afford this", unfortunately she clearly didn't listen to me as they charged me an extra 150$ after on top of the original 200$ for the first hair appointment and I was so uncomfortable as she stood there, demanding I pay, that I paid. Futhermore, she still messed it up and left a chunk black!! When I called back, out of embarrassment that I had to call again regarding the bad service, the owner never even spoke to me when talking about what would happen next. One of the managers called me and only refunded 130$ out of the 150$ for the second appointment, she was clearly frustrated with the ordeal and did not care whatsoever to maintain a good rep for her salon. I do not know about the other hairdressers but Courtney in particular seemed incredibly vapid and arrogant. She clearly lied about her ability to dye my hair properly and it seems, through the owner's response, as though this salon is only concerned about making money and not maintaining a good standard with their clientele. read more

I had a great experience here. Lisa cut my fine, curly hair that I've been having trouble with and gave me lots of tips for styling and products. The haircut looks amazing and I feel like I actually know what to do with my hair now! Lisa seems very knowledgable about curly hair of all types so I would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to cut curly hair. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be going back. read more

Just horrible! They know nothing about the true hair cut! The lady who cut my hair told me she can't cut my hair without styling!! Styling hair and cutting hair are two different things. Please learn first. read more

in the last week If I had the option for rating negative I would have done that. This was my first appointment and last visit to this salon. They are not only unprofessional to the core and unapologetic. I was given a 5:15 smoothing treatment & haircut appointment. When I reached there I was told that my appointment was for 5:00 pm and they have slotted in someone else. They do not have a proper system of email or sms confirmations. I have traveled and lived in many places but have nowhere seen a professional place not sending you a confirmation messages. I requested to check if I can at least get a haircut as I drove a long way and rescheduled my family dinner just for the salon appointment but they refused to accommodate me. The lady at the reception was very arrogant and did not apologize. She implied that I was lying and didn't bother to call in and cancel my appointment. Be sure that you aren't the next victim. Make sure you get them to send you an e-mail confirmation read more

Found this place when I was at a restaurant in-town and just had to ask this woman, who had the nicest haircut and colour I've seen in a long time, where and who did her hair. Went in to see Julie V. and never turned back. I haven't gone in a while as I am growing out my hair, but will go back as soon as I'm ready to get my hair did! read more

Carrie-Lynn is an absolutely wonderful stylist! I have very thick, medium-length hair and, in my experience, it is difficult to shape and thin for many stylists. She was methodical, taking her time to give me the right cut. A reasonable cost for an excellent cut, it is worth the cost if you want a great cut. read more
