Alicia was very professional and knew exactly what muscles to target to help create relaxation and to relieve tension. She also included a body scrub and hot towels in her massage service, both of which were unexpected! Her attentiveness to preferred pressure levels and massage techniques was top notch. At the end of the massage, she offered a complementary paraffin hand dip, which I was very happy to accept! My only complaint would be the dripping water sounds and tapping coming from the staff bathroom next door, however these ended quickly, allowing me to return to relaxation.
