    It's okay. Cheap, but has the smell of wet dog in the air. The towels we got all had yellow stains or were dirty. Staff was nice though.

When I returned later that night, I noticed a strong odor in the room. I went to the front desk to request a room change. The staff member on duty informed me that I had only 12 hours to check out and stated she could not assist me. When I returned to the room to collect my belongings, I discovered visible black mold. I immediately reported this to the front desk, but the staff member again refused to provide me with a different room. After waiting approximately 20 to 30 minutes, I asked again about a resolution. The staff member responded with attitude and presented me with only two options: to leave the hotel or remain in the same room. When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed to be the manager. Shortly afterward--within five minutes--she proceeded to remove us from the hotel entirely.

The hotel offer refresh service every other day start on the 3" day of your stay. full services on the 6 " day of your stay. The next day of my stay the lady cleans I talk with her occasionally and I ask for a brum for my cats if the rooms needs and emergency refresh but the house keeping lady never returned. I went down stairs and ask for my bill and the receptionist told me that we will receive the bill the day of the check out. And when I ask for the cleaning services she just told me that she can gave me the towels instead of send the lady' to clean. I walk through the hall and all the garbage bags were out the door This was awful and unpleasant for me. The lady went to the room and just bring the towels and took the garbage that I already collected. The lady has a bad attitude and didn't do the job that she had chosen with contesy or like a profesional cleanner. I suggest the owner to training all the lady's and talk with the supervisor for this matter. I understand or think that we have the option to reject the keeping lady inside the room to do her job but in my case this lady disappeared and I really need to have my room organized and clean I do like that the toilet wasn't clean for the days i stay at the hotel and I have to ask for all the cleaning supplies I needed for replenished. Outside the door the hotel eventougth looks quiet and beay but the journey at the rest inn was not pleasant for me at this particularly location. The front desk was extremely kind and efficient in getting us checked in and making sure we had the rooms we wanted. We were traveling with another party so she put the rooms right next to each other, which was so nice of her. I got a price for one bedroom with two queen beds for $114 from Hotels.com. The hotel could only offer $120 with tax. I would definitely stay here again. The parking lot is very bright and well lit to prevent break-ins. My only negative is that they charge $14 for breakfast. Breakfast should be included with your stay at Holiday Inn and similar hotels in my opinion.

I also asked for a late checkout and was rushed out by two employees prior to the late checkout. The daytime staff was not very friendly. They didn't greet us or offer to help, and when approached, they acted too busy to help. The evening staff was more friendly and helpful. Our room included the breakfast buffet but normally it was $14. The food was mediocre and overcooked. Finally, the floors were very dirty in all parts of the hotel. The room had crumbs by the bed, the elevator was dirty and had liquid spots on the floor for all 3 days, the lobby and halls were super dirty and dusty. Overall this hotel is dirty and unwelcoming.
