    Pee sheets in a clean room

    This place is disgusting. I checked in a felt like I was intermittently smelling pee when I finally got in bed. I finally found the source and it was old pee stains on the fitted sheet. I tried calling down and no one answered the desk phone. I got dressed and packed up all of my things. When I went to the desk and told them, the lady said "Okay we will have someone change the sheets". I left in total shock. I've never had anything like this happen to me before. I called back and cancelled my room. I rebooked at another hotel. I called customer service and it should be getting escalated up to a manager

    I should have looked at reviews first! I go to take a shower- no shower gel- there's a shampoo and TWO conditioners on wall- tell front desk and am told oh we're out of shower gel. Let them know A/C is on 65* and I can't get it to go up. They state maintenance will look at- I go off for work get back at 7PM after dinner and apparently the "fix" was to turn it off! I called down- maintenance isn't here best I can do is move you to another room- NO- I will figure it out for gods sake. Luckily I have. I was under impression they are a Marriott "Bonvoy" establishment- there's a reason I usually stay at Hiltons!! Update***20 minutes on google and I managed to reprogram the off brand thermostat and apparently the jokes on me literally just got out of shower using soap I had to run buy including ON MY HAIR as those three bottles there'...apparently they are part of the decor as ALL are EMPTY- do better @marriott

    The hotel is beautiful inside. That would be the only positive in this hotel. Room walls are paper thin. You'll hear next door occupants watching tv, or talking on their phones, or whatever else they are doing at all hours. There was a couple arguing on our floor. They were screaming, and running up and down the halls. Called numerous times to alert the front desk. No one answered until my third try. The lady who answered said she would check on it. Two hours later it was still going on. It's crazy how a nice hotel can have little or no customer service at all. Hopefully they'll employ some security personnel. It's a nice area, and a nice neighborhood. But wow, what an experience. Not a positive one at all.

    Currently staying at this place for my company meeting as much as I love this place the service sucks no room service was done . Breakfast did not have a creamer but Coffe was there unusual. Em entities are nice I asked the front desk they finally had creamer today still No milk but cereal was there after we were told it would be this Am I feel like they don't care about customers. Place looks nice but this kind of service I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also beds are way too hard my back hurts. Sounds like I am picky but I feel like the cheap toilet paper Urgh I went and got my own. I wish they fix these things because the place looks very beautiful. Visual is 100 percent After we left we got multiple charges on our card every day and deposit was not refunded almost 170 per day and 50 dollar deposit this place is a scam.

    I would not recommend this hotel at all. My sister and I have stayed here more than once. I've given them several tries and each time there's always a problem and I'm always having to switch rooms which is an inconvenience...and you might wonder why I decided to stay in one time after these things happen while I believe in giving more than one chance...however the last time I stayed here was the last time... the shower sliding door fell off and hit me in my neck and shoulder. I am slipping and sliding in the shower trying to hold it up. I was able to lean it on the wall and get out my shoulder Still hurts and I checked in November 28 and checked out November 29. I was given 2000 points added to my account. I was told that the manager was gonna call and when he called he said something as if "oh I thought it was taken care of. I didn't know that you needed a follow up", like are you serious? No one was gonna call to see if I was OK then I was telling them that I needed to go to Urgent care because my doctor could not get me in immediately because of the holiday so at that point he was like oh well I can't do anything for you. It's gonna have to go to the insurance and the funny thing is insurance has never even reached out to me either. I still walking around with a hurt shoulder, and no one from the company has said anything so I definitely do not recommend anyone staying here at all if I can give it zero I would. My only thoughts after the encounter was what if my son was there like initially planned and the door fell on him...what's even worse was there was no empathy they did not care.

    Visited the hotel for a conference and was impressed with the modern-retro vibe. If the rooms are anything like the lobby, I'd love to stay here!

    We stayed a few days at this hotel and enjoy the cleaning and nice environment around the hotel . We had some issues specially with the COVID-19 cleanliness! They don't clean your room for safety but either offer any complimentary to the guests or anything . We didn't get no even a bottle of water !!! The shower was clog from day one. Couldn't fix it for safety ( COVID-19) The trash is a pain. Everybody placed the trash on the whole way at any time and they don't have any specific time to pick them up ...so, you can pass by and enjoy trash out all day. We sincerely enjoy our stay ! But I think this hotel didn't do enough to make our expectation specially having no customers at all staying there.

    We did not have a good experience at all. First of all, the hotel was not clean. The lobby needed a good sweeping, there was a shot glass with cigarette butts outside by the seating, the tables in the lounge were sticky and gross, the hallways were not vacuumed and everything just felt unclean. Horrible especially during a pandemic when cleaning standard are supposed to be much higher. The staff was not attentive or welcoming. They did not answer the phones, at all. I called multiple times from both my cell and the room phone. They seemed inconvenienced by questions and inquiries and did not even bother checking the app that you can request things from. We wanted extra towels brought to the room and the night clerk was so annoyed by this request. He very rudely said "we don't take anything to the room right now" I'm guessing this was in reference to the pandemic but no one bothered to tell us this service was not available. The hotel also did not have basic toiletries in stock either complimentary or for purchase. I forgot my toothbrush and there was no option to get one. Bizarre. You couldn't even buy a bag of chips in the hotel and there was no vending machine in sight. The worst part was that there was some kind of soot in the air. My guess is the air conditioner needed new filters because there was a layer of filth on all of our stuff. I even noticed when I blew my nose (with toilet paper since no one bothered to replace the tissue box) that there was black soot in my nasal passage. Can't be healthy to be breathing in all day and night. Very disappointed and not worthy of the $100/night price point. I will never stay at an Aloft again.

    This property needs to be cleaned and updated. Common area carpet has holes and trash was left on counters in lobby overnight.

    Please do not stay there ever. Staff is rude, the breakfast option is a joke, just an illusion.

    It's not homey, front desk employees weren't even answering the phone and our shower was broken....... Very unprofessional and unpleasant

The hotel offer refresh service every other day start on the 3" day of your stay. full services on the 6 " day of your stay. The next day of my stay the lady cleans I talk with her occasionally and I ask for a brum for my cats if the rooms needs and emergency refresh but the house keeping lady never returned. I went down stairs and ask for my bill and the receptionist told me that we will receive the bill the day of the check out. And when I ask for the cleaning services she just told me that she can gave me the towels instead of send the lady' to clean. I walk through the hall and all the garbage bags were out the door This was awful and unpleasant for me. The lady went to the room and just bring the towels and took the garbage that I already collected. The lady has a bad attitude and didn't do the job that she had chosen with contesy or like a profesional cleanner. I suggest the owner to training all the lady's and talk with the supervisor for this matter. I understand or think that we have the option to reject the keeping lady inside the room to do her job but in my case this lady disappeared and I really need to have my room organized and clean I do like that the toilet wasn't clean for the days i stay at the hotel and I have to ask for all the cleaning supplies I needed for replenished. Outside the door the hotel eventougth looks quiet and beay but the journey at the rest inn was not pleasant for me at this particularly location. The front desk was extremely kind and efficient in getting us checked in and making sure we had the rooms we wanted. We were traveling with another party so she put the rooms right next to each other, which was so nice of her. I got a price for one bedroom with two queen beds for $114 from Hotels.com. The hotel could only offer $120 with tax. I would definitely stay here again. The parking lot is very bright and well lit to prevent break-ins. My only negative is that they charge $14 for breakfast. Breakfast should be included with your stay at Holiday Inn and similar hotels in my opinion.
