This place is not just a hair salon, it's straight up a sanctuary of girlhood. From the second you…read morewalk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. The vibe is warm, stylish, and so thoughtfully done. Every little detail feels intentional and so freaking cute. What really sets Chaos apart is that it's truly full service. Haircuts, color, lashes, massages... you can come in for one thing or make a whole day of it. The head massages are unreal. I always drift off into a tiny piece of heaven and forget the outside world exists for a minute. The quality of service is consistently amazing, and you never feel rushed or overlooked. The receptionist who calls you back is ultra friendly, which immediately sets the tone. I love the color bar setup too. You can sit, work from home, sip your drink, and just exist there comfortably. When the weather's nice, they open the big garage door and it feels airy and fresh (spring is perfect for that... summer can get a little hot but still worth it). I've been coming here on and off for 20 years, but recently started coming regularly and honestly... this feels like home now. Chaos just gets it. The service, the quality, the atmosphere--it all clicks. Highly reccomend if you want more than just a haircut

I wanted more blonde without going fully blonde and she absolutely killed it. My hair looks AMAZING. Meg is a little newer and I absolutely love that she asked for help from a more experienced stylist to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. A little bit of humility goes a long way in my book. The amount of talent in this salon is incredible. I fully trust my hair to these amazing women. All the ladies are so helpful, so sweet. They treat you like a queen. You literally walk out feeling like a goddess. Top notch service and top notch talent. They really go above and beyond. Plus, there's puppies. If you're looking for a new salon, GO. This was my first time at The Hive Salon. The salon itself is very warm and bright and welcoming. I…read moredid the 90 minute head spa treatment with Marissa. This is a mixed review. There were pros and cons. Let's start with the pros...The spa room was very nice. Private. Marissa was friendly and told me what to expect. She walked me through how to prepare for and get into the "bed" to start the treatment. The facial and the head treatment were amazing. Having never had a facial before this was definitely a treat! She used several products on my face and several products on my hair. My hair and face felt so good when I left! Now the cons... the massage "bed" was horrible! Best way I can describe it is you lay down on it and it's contoured and molded to the shape of a body. Which is ok, but when you're laying there for 90 minutes, you're stuck in this position, with no room to shift at all. And it massages you from underneath. But after a while, it just starts to hurt. So I asked her to turn it off. My lower back was very sore the rest of the day. But not Marissa's fault at all. She was great! Another con... as many products as she used on me, I really wish she would have talked to me about them. Maybe not during the treatment, because I understand some people want quiet in there for a peaceful, relaxing experience. But maybe afterwards show them to me and what they were for. They all smelled amazing and felt so good. Do they sell them? That was a real opportunity to try to make some sales. I probably would've bought some had she talked about them. So, overall I don't think I would do the head spa treatment again. Just because of that uncomfortable bed. And the only reason I did the 90 minute one is because it offered the facial. The other head spa treatments do not. I would go there again and have just a facial done, as Marissa was great and said it's done in a different room with a flat massage bed.
