Chris, Honnah, and Kylie have helped my family through so many trials in life from chemo, surgeries and more. They have each not only helped me with"no hair", "shaved hair", chemo and all the complications, but have stood beside my kids and have been a bright light in their lives without fail - plus amazing hair ! After about 14 years of going to Studio 5 Glam Co, I still look forward to my monthly color and cut with Chris! I am always given a friendly greeting and offered my choice of beverage (water, tea, coffee, wine, beer...) I enjoy the ambiance of sitting by the cosy fireplace while I wait for my appointment. Chris, who is also the owner of the salon, is quite the expert with color, and I trust her implicitly to create the look I want. She also knows just how to cut and style my straight hair, always giving me reliable results. I have found a new salon! We recently moved to the area and I needed a haircut. I will only go to Studio 5 from now on. This is by far the best haircut I have ever had!! From the moment I walked in I knew this was a special place. I was offered something to drink and only waited a few minutes for my appointment. Chris did a fantastic job with my hair. She listened to what I did and didn't want, looked at the picture I brought in and always checked that I was ok with a length before cutting. She is the first person who has actually waited to cut more off until it dried so we could see if that shortened the length. I love how my hair feels and looks! Great find in Arlington. It had been a long time since I permed my hair and just making the appointment took courage. I was blessed with Tori and after sharing my concerns with her she went to work. As I am older and not so limber anymore, she was conscientious about my comfort. Time went by so quickly and I was done. The result was beautiful. I hardly noticed that my hair was trimmed (which it needed) and the curl was amazing. I didn't even mind the odder, which I had been dreading. But the proof of a good perm is after it is dry, has been seasoned, and then washed and handled by me. I am still happy... actually very, very happy. Chris is THE gal to go see for extensions! I am over the moon with the results. The color match is perfect. She blended the lengths with my own hair so the results are seamless. I went from my natural straight, chin length, baby fine inverted bob to luscious waves that cover my shoulders. I've never been able to grow my hair - it's too fine. now I have a head of hair I never would have imagined. She made me feel amazing in the chair, and I'm carrying that feeling out the door. I've been going to Chris for 8 or 9 years, and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else! She is able to duplicate the hairstyles on photos that I bring in, and cuts my hair very consistently. I am a natural brunette, and when my grays started showing up too much for my liking, I had Chris start coloring my hair. I want it to look very natural, and she makes it happen every time! 5 stars is seriously not enough. Kylee has been doing my hair for years now and I trust her 100%. She always knows exactly what I want. Her laugh is infectious and a couple hours in the chair flys by! I have also been getting my lashes done with Haylee and if I could marry a set of lashes, it would be hers. She does amazing work and is the sweetest soul ever!! I love coming into the studio and seeing all the girls. They're all a great time and so fun to be around. I love this salon; everyone is so friendly and they make you feel right at home (even when you're sitting there after a facial with a pink face and no makeup). It's like we're old friends. Chris does a fantastic job on my hair - which is no easy feat! And I just had my first facial with a chemical peel. Sounds scary right? It was so relaxing and my face is so smooth and clear. Loved the shop and got great direction and guidance through a cut, foil, color and Brazilian blow-out! It was lots of work but the time flew and I knew what was happening through in each process. Studio 5 is such a great hair salon. I've been going there forever! My hair always looks so good(I am very picky). As well as my spray tans! The owner is so friendly and an amazing hair dresser! My friend had told me about studio five when I was complaining about the long drive south to my hair salon.I was scared at first going into a new salon I was 8 months pregnant at the time and the ladies at studio 5 made me so comfortable and even though I felt huge I left feeling stylish and reconfirmed I didn't have to drive south anymore to get the latest hair styles.
