Now I'm no professional yogi or advanced anything, but the instructors are respectful and kind while still helpful and constructively critical. The studio is CLEAN. Such a huge deal to me, and I didn't even realize until I saw another hot studio with carpet instead of the hard flooring. There is never any odor, even at the height of class. AND there is an immense student discount!! 275$ for the year or something like that when I've seen memberships as high as 1800.

I was out of town on a trip when I called to cancel, and they would not cancel my membership over the phone. It was a lengthy trip, so I got charged an additional 2 months for a membership simply because I was in a completely different state and they would not cancel my membership over the phone or even just send me an email cancellation option. You'd think, since we are almost in 2020, that they could figure out a way to accommodate people who need to cancel via phone or email. No. I had to wait until I returned and could physically go in to cancel - absolutely ridiculous, and I was charged for an additional 3 months because of that. It has been almost a year, and this still makes me upset. I will never go back to this studio due to what I feel was extremely poor customer service. I understand they have this noted on their webpage -- you'd better make sure you read everything before you sign up with them, is all I can say. Personally, I find it ridiculous and I'll find another yoga studio. Other than this issue, I actually enjoyed this studio and I would have highly recommended them to anyone. But after that -- I'm sorry, but I don't understand why someone can not cancel over the phone or via email. It's a bit ridiculous to require someone to personally go in and cancel, especially if they are in a completely different state. What would have happened if I had moved and forgotten to cancel? Would they just keep charging me and I would have to purchase a plane ticket solely to come and cancel my membership in person? It's almost 2020, people -- time to get into the digital age.

There is an indoor track, which is nice if you don't like walking in the heat. There are several exercise and aqua classes offered throughout the week. My favorite is Saturday Zumba and Aqua Zumba on Wednesday. The center is 30 years-old. There is modern equipment, but some of the equipment is older. This may be a factor if you are comparing gyms in the area. But there are lockers, showers, and plenty of towels.

I have been working with Brian for the past few years. I…read moreoriginally started out with extreme pain from my neck all the way down to my lower back. I could not stand I could not sit everything hurt all the time. I tried acupuncture, deep tissue massage, fascia, relief, chiropractor, and EMS therapy, and even the massage gun. Nothing helped with the pain. During my fascia release appointment, she told me about Brian and the work that he does. I was very skeptical but I was in so much need of help that I decided and went for my one hour consultation. I ended up telling him I needed a few more months to think about it. however, one month later I messaged him and asked how soon I could get an appointment with him and sign up for a 12 week session. Within a week he had an appointment open for me. From that moment, I had a one hour session with him once a week for 12 weeka. during that time I did stop going to the gym to do weightlifting and instead I focused on natural movements such as running. After my 12 week session, (five months later, I ran my first marathon) a year after that I ran my first ultra (31 miles.) and just last year I did my first bodybuilding bikini competition. That 12 week session truly changed my entire life. I am pain-free and I still continue to do a lot of the movements that I originally did during that 12 weeks session and I feel great. A few months ago, I went back basically for a follow up session since I hadn't been there for a long time. We added a couple new routines to help with my internal hip rotation. So far, I have nothing but positive reviews. I have never felt better in my entire life and I'm 41 years old. The pain that I was going through was on and off throughout my entire 30s. I was a little hesitant at first, as I have tried many things for pain and headaches and how can posture help that much. Boy was I wrong. I have had 6 knee surgeries and have CRPS. My knee and hip have always been in pain. The techniques he is working with are bringing back the basics that we all need to remember, breathing and posture. Those two things and the movements he has shown me have changed my mobility and pain.
