We have just finished a very involved kitchen and bath remodel and Jerry & his crew did such an amazing job. I chose them because they had done new quartz countertops for our neighbors, who gave a glowing recommendation. Leslie will help you with ideas, plus her knowledge and attention to detail answers questions you didn't know you had. She's fun and very responsive - if she can't answer your call immediately, she will return it quickly. She has a great eye for color and design, and coordinated every step of the project. Jerry is the owner and is a super nice guy. He came out to our house just prior to the installation to make the template, which is a very interesting process and explains the precision by which a countertop is cut to fit. The guys that bring and install the countertops are wonderful. Ricky and Jacob installed our master bathroom countertop, which was a very exact fit. I had to be at an appointment, so I left while they were still there. As is sometimes the case, because of the close fit and the crazy weight of the quartz, the wall apparently got a couple of nicks in it as they maneuvered it into place. However, I never would have known this, because they patched, sanded, and painted the wall with the paint I still had sitting in the bathroom! The painter was even amazed they had done this and had done a perfect job. Wade and Artie installed our kitchen countertop, which was actually the same quartz that I chose for the master bath. They were professional and super nice, were very careful with everything, and absolutely finished it to perfection. They explained the best way to clean and care for it. Awesome guys. A couple of weeks later when our appliances were installed, a screw on the side of the cooktop was preventing it from fitting into the countertop cutout. I called Jerry, who had Ricky here within 20 minutes to shave off less than 1/16th from the cutout, and the cooktop was in. It's that kind of service that prompts me to write this review. This is a great business and they all clearly take their jobs seriously and provide an outstanding product and service. Out of the entire kitchen and bath remodel, this was the most dependable, seamless, and enjoyable process. Their pricing is super competitive, with a ton of choices. I even purchased our new composite sink here which they installed perfectly. Next year, we will do the upstairs bathroom and will again have these great people do the countertops!
