We came a long way to a week-long event and we stayed in Harrisonburg both on the way and on the way back (halfway). I had found the store through Yelp and was eager to visit. We missed the business hours the first trip and got there at 4:50 on the way back. The clerk was so kind to stay open nearly an hour longer so the five of us could shop and see the art and studios. (All of us are artists). She was more than gracious! I'm in a power wheelchair which got caught on the rug at the check out and she was completely unfazed and kind about me thrashing about, causing her to move many things. The prices were a bit steep on many things but that didn't stop me from buying a lot of goodies I've searched for a long time. I left very happy, and so did my companions! We will all gladly go again next year if not before!

We were a little skeptical because none of us are artists, but this experience wound up being amazing. We had a great teacher who was super helpful. The class has a two drink maximum included in the purchase price, which was perfect, however I think you can by bottles on site. The whole experience was excellent and our paintings turned out pretty well compared to what we anticipated. When…read morethey brought out the tiles there was not many colors to pick from and the colors they did have, some of them only had 1 or 2 tiles left. The tiles were also not even so when placing the tiles on the coaster some were more raised than others. I'm not sure how a coaster is functional is it's not flat leveled. We ended up just not doing a craft because the other options just weren't worth the money. Our other friend did the flower pressed lamp and they didn't have very many flowers to pick from. We also considered doing the ceramic painting but all of the ceramics were very childish and looked like they were created by amateur.

My friends and I stopped by this spot on a Wednesday on our way out of town. It was quiet and comfortable inside -- overall a really inviting atmosphere! I ordered an iced tea and a blueberry scone. The black tea tasted great and the scone was packed with blueberries. There were several vegan options on the baked goods menu as well as a variety of non-dairy milk available for your coffee/espresso drinks. The staff was friendly and chatty! I don't live close enough to visit often -- but if you're in the area, I would definitely stop by this place! Just be sure to check the hours, they are only open a few days a week.
