What a joke of a salon. Go there to wait for stylists Rachel who doesn't even have the courtesy to say, "hello, I'm running late!" Bad customer service. I left; never to return. read more

My go to Salon! They do the best job. Always nice and come out looking amazing! Good prices too. They saved my hair after a different salon destroyed it! read more

Great place , got hair cut and color. Good services by the employees. I would recommend this place .

I have been going here since the salon opened over 7 years ago. I always see Peter when I go and he always does a fabulous job. I have changed my hair color several times over the years from blond to red and brown. I have done highlights and weaves with multiple colors. Every time I have had it colored I leave the salon loving the color. It doesn't matter what kind of mood I am in when it comes to the color in my hair. Peter will listen to what I want and then use his skills to give my hair the look that I am thinking about. I have never left disappointed with a cut or color. read more

I have been going to Byron for the past 15 years, and have happily followed him to Studio 326. I highly recommend this salon and Byron for cut and color. As I have a short sassy style I am in for regular maintenance. My husband jokes about how often I am approached by strangers for a picture of my hair and a request for where I had it done. While edgy the salon has a neighborhood feel and is family friendly( all for ages). Byron is a master at doing a great job of cut and color, getting you out in record time and all at a very affordable price. Although my daughter is a hair stylist I continue to have my hair done here with Byron. read more

First off I can't even explain how hard it Is for me to find a hair salon/stylist that I trust! Since I moved to AZ and left my stylist back In WA over two years ago, it has been hard for me to find a salon or stylist that I even like, I have even tried a few different places. Maybe I am picky, or maybe I just know what I am looking for in a quality hair salon, which is customer care and people who know what they are doing!! But, finally my search is over! I have now been to Studio 3-26 a handful of times, and each time I left with a big grin on my face. I have been helped by Valeria, who dyed my hair reddish, and Brook, who has dyed my hair blond. Wow, two stylist I trust? That is a big step for me! I can walk in to this salon with no idea on what I want exactly and both stylists are able to paint me a master piece, literally since they paint my hair. But not only do I leave with beautiful yummy smelling hair, but new knowledge about how to take care of my hair etc. I am so happy I found a salon and TWO stylist that I trust my hair with!!!! Thank you Brook and Valeria and team members at Studio 3-26. Also thank you Brook for all the knowledge, I definitely will wash my hair with COLD water. See ya in 4 months for another touch up after my trip! read more

So, I'd been wanting to try this place out because I live really close by, and had heard good things about one of the stylists, Brooke. I walked in the salon at 11:30am to see if I could get a haircut but they only had 1 stylist working right then. I was going to leave and check another place (I'm an Uber driver, and like to handle errands between rides) but then I was told that Brooke had an opening at 1:00pm that day, so I excitedly booked that spot. I showed up a few minutes early, and chatted with the receptionist for a little bit. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I asked if it was going to be much longer, because it was a Friday and I needed to get to work soon. Brooke said he was almost ready to start with me, and was going to fit me in while he worked on another woman's foils. I was fine with that. Then after waiting for 40 minutes, I was told that the next stylist, Camille, would do my haircut. I said ok because by that time, I had already invested 40 minutes of my time, and I needed a haircut. When Camille cut my hair, she was nice, buy I felt like I was a nuisance and was rushed. She had another appointment on their way in, and one waiting in the lobby. I wish I could say that all was redeemed by a really great haircut, but I can't. My haircut took my hair from "over-grown, needs to be freshened up" to "faux-mullet". I did not contact them directly to voice my concern because there isn't really anything that I need from them via phone conversation. I will not be returning. read more

I got my hair done here a couple of months back. I decided to get a perm for my long plain straight hair. I have been very pleased with my new look. They did an awesome job there and when I described what I wanted for the amount of curl. I started looking through the book to give them an example and the guy, whoever he was, came over with another book and was like, is this what you want. He had it right, it was dead on with what I wanted. They were very friendly there and did a great job. I have had the worst of luck with hair places so I'm happy to have found a place that does a good job and does not cost me my first born child. read more

I have been coming to Studio 326 since it first opened. The owner, Peter, is wonderful! He is the only stylist I have been able to find that really knows how to handle my wavy hair to where it does not end up frizzy. Peter is also very kind as are all the employees at Studio 326. This is a locally owned shop that honestly cares about their clients. I moved to North Phoenix a few years ago and I still will drive to Mesa to have Peter cut my hair always. read more

So, I was referred to a stylist that works there by a friend and I went in for a cut and color. After my experience there I'd say anyone would be way better off going somewhere else. I arrived for my appointment and the stylist wasn't even there. So, as I was waiting another stylist gave me a cup of water, that was filled with small pieces of hair! My stylist finally showed up 20 mins after our scheduled appointment and I didn't leave there until 4 hours later. The whole time I'm mainly sitting around waiting for him to even do anything with my hair and watching him color this other lady's hair who he scheduled an hour after my appointment. He left two foils in for so long that I have two streaks of dark brown (nearly black) hair within my naturally light brown/blonde hair. By the time I realized this it had been 4 hours since I arrived there and I was running late for my class. He quickly texturized my hair and didn't even cut it. The next day I asked to have the color lightened and the stylist scheduled me for another appointment. I came in and ended up waiting nearly 40 mins before he even acknowledged me (He was working on another lady's hair then too). And, he talks to me for about 5 mins saying if he lightens my hair it will damage it and blah blah blah. He could have just told me this over the phone when I was making the second appointment. But instead, he wasted so much of my time and didn't offer me anything to make up for it. Which is funny because while I was waiting that 40 mins another stylist was running behind too so she offered a free deep conditioning service to her client because she had already been waiting 15 mins. read more
