I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have been going to Studio 3-26 for years, and Peter always does an amazing job. He really is a true expert in hair, and you can trust him to make you look great! If you just need a quick trim, or a whole new look, Peter is your guy!! read more

My normal stylist switched salons and works a bit farther away so I came here based on the recommendation of one of my friends. I'm glad I did! I got a hair cut from Rachel today and everything went great. She did a wonderful job chopping off inches of damaged hair and even gave some helpful recommendations on a style. She never tried to push any products and was very easy to talk to. Even though the place was packed, she took her time to make sure I was happy about my haircut. She styled it nicely even though I just had boring errands to run afterwards. I felt fabulous toting my bottled water around Costco, walking around Fry's with my sunblock, and sipping a mocha cookie crumble frapp at Starbucks with my pinky up. Since I'm off to a pool party tomorrow, I opted to not dye my hair today but I definitely know where to go when I get around to do so! You've won me over, Studio 3-26. I'll be back. :) *Note: Karen is also a fantastic stylist. read more

I love Peter. He has been doing my hair for over 20 yrs now and I just can't imagine anyone else doing my hair. Peter is fabulous and so kind and confident. A true artist. To die for sense of humor. read more

Peter, the owner, did an amazing job on my hair! Thanks to his cancellation, he was able to fit me in last minute when I call as a first time customer for a color and cut. My neighbor recommended this place and I'm so glad I agreed to give it a try. The color and haircut is fabulous and really makes my thin hair look fuller. Thank you again, I will definitely be back! read more

Love love LOVE the cut Peter gave me! He's such a beautiful and caring soul and it's always a pleasure to have him play with my hair! He knows that I love my hair long, but I told him I want to cut all the damage off and give my waves their bounce, and to do whatever he thought cuz I trust him. Then BOOM! I walked out with this bouncy, voluminous head of hair that is SO fun and fits me! His new spot is super cute and private. You have his undivided attention and he makes you feel so pampered! And his prices are PHENOMENAL! read more

After nearly 2 years with the same haircut, I was ready for a change. I spent some time researching salons and discovered this gem! My goal was to get my hair done like Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost In the Shell. Caren (?) did FABULOUS and Brook even helped to do my bangs. I HIGHLY recommend this salon. This cut would not have been possible anywhere else. read more

I FREAKING LOVE PETER AND EVERYONE HERE. I have been coming here for 8 years, and never have been let down. I have been going to Peter, the owner of Studio 326 for 15 years. He is an amazing hair stylist and even more amazing human being. I highly recommend him. And please disregard the 2 negative reviews against this studio. They were directed at 2 hairstylist that no longer work at Studio 326. read more

I made an appointment with Emma to do my hair and make up for my wedding and she made me look and feel more beautiful than I ever have in my life. She went above and beyond to make sure my look was exactly what I wanted. I have shorter hair but wanted an updo. With her expert use of bobby pins, Emma made it happen. My daughter has a very specific idea of what her cut should be. After going to several stylist who didn't listen, or even refused to do what she wanted, she found Kamilah. Kamilah's haircuts are amazing! I started going to Kamilah about a year ago and haven't been disappointed yet.I bore easily, so every time I want something a little different. Even if I'm not sure exactly sure what I want, she always has great recommendations, and my hair looks amazing. Her haircuts are so good my hair looks great even as it grows out. I'm glad I found a stylist I can depend upon to give me a great cut every time. i highly recommend her. read more

As much as being lost in a unfamiliar area can stress you out, especially in a new city, I'm so thrilled I stumbled upon this place. I've been going here for almost 3 years now and have been seeing Kamilah ever since and have never even thought about changing that. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming and a few of the other stylist even know me by name which always makes a person feel great. Kamilah has always been very accommodating to me with scheduling me in last minute between her other cuts and colors. My line of work changes my schedule very frequently so it's always nice to find a place that is flexible, even on the short notices. As for my haircut, I am a perfectionist with everything I do and throughout my entire life I have always criticized bad hair cut jobs, I am so fortunate that has not happened with the wonderful Kamilah. I will always recommend this place to not only woman but men as well. Great employees, great hours and best of all great haircuts every month! read more

Let's just say it wasn't the cut I was looking for and it was way shorter than I wanted

Been coming here for years. Today was my first time with Reyes. He did an amazing job!!! He was welcoming, allowed me to show him pictures of what I wanted, showed me some of the hairstyles he has done, and tweaked it up, just a bit. He was affordable and professional. I will be booking again with him! Thank you Reyes!!!!! read more

The more you love, the harder you fall. I found this place via Google reviews, and decided I needed a cool hair makeover. Made an appointment with Brook, and had the best haircut of my life! I absolutely LOVED it. Not only was it a great cut, but he took the time to teach me how to style it and we had a great chat. I had gone in on a difficult day and he fixed everything! I couldn't believe my good luck. Went back about a month later, and it didn't go as well. My cut was a little rushed, and not styled well at all. My husband went in at the same time, and his treatment was really odd. They completely ignored him at the door, didn't acknowledge that he was getting a cut too, didn't offer him a glass of water (as they did me) and not a soul made eye contact with him until a stylist (Carrie) brought him back for a cut. It was going okay, but then her kid showed up and started climbing all over her & demanding her attention. Everyone else seemed to think it was adorable, but she kept stopping to pay attention to the kid and my husband's haircut was not what he wanted at all. He was very unimpressed. We had planned on going out for a romantic dinner afterward with fresh cute haircuts, but instead wanted to go home, wash our own hair, and start over. So, I have to go back to Michigan for a wedding tomorrow, and wanted nice fresh hair so I scheduled a cut a week in advance. Arrived today, 5 minutes before my appointment, and was informed that Brook wasn't there and wouldn't be in tomorrow either (not that it would help me if he were). No call to let me know, nothing. So, now I go to the wedding looking like crap. I realize stuff happens & I hope Brook is okay, but not even calling me to cancel is inexcusable. I planned my entire day around this because it was important to me to look nice for this trip. One great haircut + 2 crappy service situations = I will be needing a new salon. I'd like to give this place 4 stars for a great hair cut! They really do a great job for an even better price. I'm basing this review off a colour job that is just bad. It's taken me a while to decide to leave the review. I really, really love this place for cuts so I wanted to love it for colour too but that was not the case. $120 later and it doesn't even look like my hair has been highlighted. Please refer to the pictures I took the day after my hair "done". I would definitely not go for a colour. I'm not sure what else to say other than I wish I would have gone somewhere else so it actually looks like I got my hair done! read more

I really think the reviews you give at salons really depend on the person who did your hair. I've gone to many different salons all over phoenix, scottsdale, glendale, and more. This place is 30 miles from my home and I would drive here to have my hair relaxed. Considering the amount of times I've been there it angers me I can never remember my stylist name. When she does it, it's perfect, an amazing job and I've never seen it straighter and more perfect. However one time she was doing my hair, she took off for a quick second and someone else decided to get involved with my stylist creative process and put the relaxer further down my hair instead of just on the roots like my stylist had done. I'm no professional but the moment this person did it and my stylist came back I told her what happen and she was quick to try and get the damage out. Unfortunately it created a little damage and I ended up having to cut off inches of my hair a couple months later because they were so fried. I remind you, my stylist I see is an amazing person and I love her so much. I'd never trust anyone else on the planet to relax my hair accept for her. But unfortunately I stopped having relaxers done, chopped off all my hair and let it finish growing out to it's natural state. But as I sit and think about going back to a relaxer, I know exactly where I'll be going if I decide to do it again. read more

I started going here to get my haircut in 2006. I wanted to go where I didn't have a drive a great distance for a nice haircut and I found Studio 3-26 in Mesa. I can walk there if I want to and actually have. All of the stylist are nice. I usually see Camilla when I can. Tonight I saw Stephanie and she did a really nice job. All of them will listen to your needs and work with you on what you want to do with your hair. They also have nail services and for that I see Kathy. She's awesome and doesn't charge me what I was charged before to get my nails done. If you are looking a a new place in Mesa to get your hair done try out Studio 3-26, I don't think you will be disappointed. read more

I was a walk-in and Brook cut my hair. After who knows how many bad haircuts in the past 3 years, I thought I had finally found a stylist who could cut curly hair. It turns out my haircut wasn't so great. My request was for wash & wear hair. Not so. And it's still not cut to take advantage of my curls. The cowlick is worse than ever. I did call and the owner Peter called me back, but we exchanged messages, never actually speaking. I'm sure I could have gone back in for a "fix," but have decided to wait for it to grow again and search again for another stylist. read more

Soooo happy to find this place, and Brook - the ultimate stylist with heart! I searched 8 yrs for a good haircut! Yes, I'm super picky...and yes, my hair is difficult (baby fine and stick-straight - but there's a ton of it...it's been called "the worst combination") - but Brook has never complained. The first time he cut my hair he casually mentioned a good book that later changed my whole life! This past time I told him not to bother to style my hair after the cut...I trusted him that much. Still, he said, "Let me just dry the bangs a bit to see it." WOW! This guy *actually cares* about his end result. How refreshing! I'm soooooo delighted. And also, the cuts grow out well too. NICE! read more

Studio 3-26 is legit! I get my haircut by Luis and haven't been disappointed once! I was nervous, just having moved to Phx to try someone new, but Peter, the owner, recommended him and he lived up to his billing! Every stylist there is talented and friendly....you can tell they all enjoy what they do and where they're at. Peter has done an awesome job at finding the right group of stylists that genuinely care about the quality of their work. Highly, highly recommend. Went to this place since close to my work. Pete did an awesome job and felt welcome when I walked in the door. Keep up the good work.

I go to Peter whenever I can. An old co-worker/friend of mine has been going to him for many years and told me about him when I finally asked her where she would get her hair done. Seriously, it's always fantastic. I went to him for my first highlights and was extremely satisfied with the work he did. I have a darker complexion and was scared that I would look ridiculous. This was definitely not the case. He matched me with a perfect color and I got tons of compliments. My highlights grew out and I did not feel like getting them re-done, so I went to another salon closer to where I lived to get my hair dyed back to my normal color. While she told me it would hold, it didn't and within 2 weeks some of the highlights showed through. Fast forward. I was one of those paranoid basket cases during my pregnancy and had stopped using product in my hair aside from shampoo. My hair became this frizzed out, horribly heat damaged, multi-colored from the poor dye job muppet type thing on my head that I had resorted to pulling up into a wad on my head in the craziness of the 3rd trimester and into new motherhood (some of you mothers of newborns know what I am talking about). It was really bad. REALLY bad. Totally my fault, I know. This was not a job that a simple cut could take care of this time around. I went to Peter. I told him I needed help~ badly! He worked some sort of amazing wizard magic on my head and when I walked out of that place, my hair felt fresh and healthy. I felt like a whole new creature. I was ecstatic! He had dyed, deep conditioned, cut away a fair amount of damage at my request without going too short, and styled me back to myself. Bless his heart for also dealing with the post-partum hair-loss shed hamsters that were loosed from the tied up mess. My friend told me 5 years ago that he was the only one she ever trusted with her hair. Now I know why! read more

So I walked in to Studio 3-26 and was warmly greeted and offered a drink! Then I waited about 5 minutes and Peter proceeded to cut my hair, we talked about the health and length, what I wanted etc. At the end of the day I got a wonderful haircut, healthier looking hair and met an absolutely wonderful stylist and person, thanks Peter! read more

Studio 3-26 was a great salon for my 13 year old niece! She wanted to go short and that's exactly what she received! Karen was her stylist and she was phenomenal! Very welcoming and sweet towards my niece! However, when we walked in another stylist was dying her hair and her kids and significant other were receiving haircuts from here when clients were waiting. A bit of time passed and all of a sudden another stylist started to fix his own hair up. So at this time, 2 stylists were doing their own hair. As time goes on, the male stylist starts to smoke his E-Vape IN THE STUDIO!!! The work they do is quite incredible, however they need to work on professionalism. read more

I absolutely loved it there! I went in yesterday for my first time. I didn't really even know what I wanted to do with my hair, I just knew a couple of basic points. My stylist was Rachel. I told her some ideas I had and she gave me feedback on what would look the best on me. We got started and my hair didn't want to take up some of the dye or change blonde ( it turned an orange color) and Rachel knew exactly what to do to get the desired colors. I came back in today because I just felt like there was something missing. Rachel recommended that we put some highlights in for dimension. Now my hair looks amazing! Overall the rest of the staff was extremely welcoming and would tell me how great my hair was looking through the entire process! Thank you Rachel and the rest of the Studio 3-26 team! read more

I have been coming to this salon for at least 5 years. My mom found it for me as a small local salon, and my first experience there was so good, I kept coming back. Karen, my stylist, is so talented and professional. She has taken me from ombre, to fire engine red, to blonde and back again and each time my hair is perfect. Peter, the owner, is amazing too, he always takes the time to come say hi to each client, and compliments his stylists. All positive vibes, talented stylists, and great atmosphere here. Well first of all I was referred to this place by my Co worker and she said she would go no where else. So I drove almost an hr to find this place. They lady that cut my hair I think her name was Karen or Kari I honestly don't remember but she looked younger than me ! I told her what I wanted and she looked like she understood...so she started telling me about a shampoo that would strip the blonde and I'm all natural blonde never had my hair dyed before so I was like wtf are you even talking about! And so she took forever to even trim my hair and when she was finished I swear I have more split ends now that I did when I first went to her and it looks like crap...so disappointed ! She didn't talk to me about products or anything all she talked about was her kid ! And new clients are only supposed to pay 25 but they charged me 35..it's only 10 bucks more but still...I would have kept that extra 10!!! What a waiste of time ! read more
