There was a leak from a cieling tile water was being caught in a bucket on the floor, I waited about 30 min before a young lady brought me to her chair, no interduction, no apology for the wait, she took the ponytail holder out of my hair, asked what I wanted and I said some curls maybe pin it up its hot, she never smiled looked at my hair and said there wasn't much she could do with it, at this point I'm discouraged and should have walked out but I allowed her to start curling hoping she had a master plan, she didn't she was rude short and unfriendly. My hair stylist had told me she had been working there for only two months. I wanted a drastic change and she was able to accommodate!
