NEENAH LOCATION…read more Salon: Clean, comfortable, the prices are decent and affordable. The ease of making/ getting appointments that fits your schedule is great. Staff: Upbeat, professional, personable, knowledgeable and talented. Special Mention to my normal hairstylist : Amanda K. She is absolutely amazing! I have never had a stylist that could execute exactly what I wanted until I found Amanda. My colors are always perfect. Absolutely hands down PERFECT. The colors are well blended, natural looking, and last a long time. My cut is always the right style and length, and well...gorgeous! I can only say I got a 'bad job' from her one time. And that is because I told her I wanted bangs... As it turned out, afterwards, I did not, in fact, want bangs. She tried to talk me out of it, knowing me better than I knew myself. So that 'bad cut' was 100% MY FAULT. So basically what I am saying... If you Don't go to Amanda for your hair needs, You must not care about your hair!

One of the tasks, as her bridesmaid, I was asked to fulfill, was to find a place to do our hair for the big day. I was up for the challenge & started with a http://www.Yelp.com search. I took a stab in the dark & called this place, with no reviews. Since, I'm from Chicago I had no idea what to expect? The girl I spoke to on the phone was so sweet & super accommodating. I made appointments that day. I continued to make phone calls, with questions & every time I spoke to someone who was knowledgeable and patient. The day of the wedding, all of the hair dressers were so upbeat & fun to be around. They each took their time to give each of us the look we were going for! I have to say they made the whole bridal party look fabulous! This is a terrific salon & I'm glad we chose it! They even let us bring in the makings for mimosas!!!

I'll start by admitting that perhaps I have entered into an "old foeggy" period of my life, having…read morepassed 65 and been dragged kicking and screaming into the Medicare. I'm just a down to earth guy, looking for a down to earth, good old-fashioned, close, trim, and flat top. On the plus side for this location, even though they could not take me now, they offered some spots later in the day, which unfortunately did not fit into the rest of my day schedule. They were friendly and cordial. On the maybe not-so-plus side (for someone like me), I did not recognize any hairstyles or colors on anyone that would even remotely come close to anything that has been on my head. While I still consider myself an aficionado of the unique and expressive when it comes to my heads appearance, I start to get a little more finicky and picky! Maybe the bottom line is this: if you're looking for a modern/unique look for your head dressing that is performed by (how shall I put it...) Artistically unique air professionals who are friendly and cooperative - this might be the place for you. However... For us guys who are more traditionalists (...and our appreciation for the unique stops at the point where someone's going to put a blade anywhere near our skin above our shoulders...), maybe you might wanna look a bit further down the street?!

I went here recently for the first time and it was a fantastic experience…read more They sell all of the Bumble & Bumble hair products and a makeup line that I'm not familiar with. The inside of the building is beautifully decorated, everything matches and it definitely gives a trendy, high end salon/spa feel. I got a haircut from Jessica and was very happy with everything. She asked questions to make sure we were on the same page about how I wanted my hair cut and any issues I run into when styling my hair as she was able to cut my hair in a way that helped me with that. They have the chairs separated into different rooms which gives a more personalized, spa like experience. Afterwards they give you a sheet with names/photos of the products they used on your hair with some brief notes on how to use them (when applicable). They have a variety of prices for haircuts depending on who your stylist is, however it is a more expensive place. At the time of my appointment, hair cuts ranged from $26-50 depending on the stylist/their experience level. It's expensive but you're also paying for the atmosphere.

During the conversation I was told we would get booked for my mother's birthday, she would show the photos to stylists, find the best fit, and return my call shortly. By 3/25 there had not been a call back so I text the number asking for an update. The following day 3/26 I received a response "Hello! I'm so sorry-I missed a message from the girls and I didn't realize. I've also had a sick little one so I'm so sorry for the delay in responding. I thought someone was reaching out to you but they had asked if you want it done on the 28th or just before/around that date? We don't have availability on the 28th Again, so sorry about that!" I responded understanding stating "no worries, things happen" and asked if they had opening the next two days. Then on 3/27 I received a response that they had no openings. If this is how you operate a business, shame on you. I found a better salon where someone stayed late just to take good care of my mother on her birthday after you seriously dropped the ball. Will Not Be Returning!…read more Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. This barbershop feels more like an assembly line than a place that values quality customer service. My son arrived on time for his scheduled appointment and was seated promptly. However, just a few minutes into the haircut, the barber informed us that he would not be able to complete everything we had requested because he had another appointment coming up. I don't understand why the next customer should take priority over someone whose appointment is already in progress. If a barber cannot complete the service within the scheduled time, that should not become the customer's problem. It's like going to a car wash, having only half of your car cleaned, and then being told, "Sorry, we have another car waiting." Appointments should be scheduled in a way that allows enough time to complete the service properly. Customers should never feel rushed or receive an incomplete haircut because the shop is trying to maximize the number of appointments. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience and will not be returning. BBS12 Howard 2352 Lineville Rd, Howard, WI 54313
