Just an FYI for newcomers; the eyelash extensions they use are individual Ardell's and they just glue them on with regular eyelash glue. They say that this can last up to "two weeks" but I will remind anyone that not only are falsies only meant for a single day use and MAYBE stretch to the next day, this is completely unsanitary for your eyes as bacteria can build in the glue. I had mine for just 2 days before I couldn't take it anymore and when I took them off they were gunky and full of eye boogers (you know, those crusties we all get in our eyes when we sleep?). You can't get them wet, and idk how anyone could sleep in these for 2 weeks, that's beyond me. So no, these aren't the eyelash extensions that you are expecting. They are falsies you can put on yourself for 4 dollars at home. With that being said all of the ladies I dealt with were very nice and professional. I'm sure I would return for another service but this is NOT what I expected, not what was promised, and not what anyone should pay for. They should take it off the service list out of courtesy to their customers or do actual eyelash extensions, which yes are quite a bit more expensive, but at least the real deal. read more

I've gotten 2 Brazilian waxes here and I will say that they weren't the best. I needed to find a place that could get me in a pinch and I booked here by some recommendation of some coworkers. I left feeling in much more pain than i've ever felt. (Ive gotten only waxes for 2 years now, I know how it feels and I just moved to Green Bay) I don't think the waxer is as gentle as she could have been or at least in the ways for caring how the customer feels during the process. Idk if I'll return, hopefully this helps someone else. read more

I went in to get lash extensions, they were very welcoming. I waited for about 5-10 minutes for the next available person to take me. She was very nice we talked about makeup and lashes and such. (Don't remember her name). I asked for long lashes and she threw in small lashes to make my lashes look even better so thank you for that I love them!! Tipped them $5 read more

They have always done a fantastic job on my nails. Staff is extremely polite and helpful when it comes to deciding colors. I always just get the basic manicure and pedicure, but my nail polish still lasts a week to 2 weeks before it even begins to chip. Staff are very gentle when it comes to filing and other things. They are very good about customer service. They are always asking if you need anything. Just make sure to try and schedule an appointment ahead of time because they are normally pretty busy. My only complaint is the price, this is one of the most expensive places in Green Bay to get your nails done. Other than that I've got no complaints. I was there today to get eyebrows threaded. I had spent 4 months using hair enhancing products to make eyebrows thicker. I told her I wanted to leave them chuncky but just needed them cleaned up. I specifically told her I didn't like skinny brows. When she was done I was so puffy I couldn't see what theylooked like. However now that it's been a few hours I'm devastated. They are tiny little triangles. I have to start all over getting them and I go in vacation in 3 weeks. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!! read more

This place use to be amazing but has gone down hill. I have had several appointments that they have canx because either the person didn't show up or they don't and there isn't another employee to do the service . Very disappointed and will not be going anymore. My appointments have not been last minute but the canx from them are always day of a few hours before in one instance I actually got there and they told me there was no one there to do it . read more

My sister in law just had an appointment there for a cut and color. She was treated rudely from the beginning. There for just over two hours and they didn't even cut her hair, saying she wasn't scheduled for a cut. I got her a gift card for this and will never go there again. I will also make sure everyone I know doesn't go there. There is no excuse for this type of service!!!!! read more

I came in to get my eyebrows threaded and loved it! However, I am disappointed in the precautions they are taking for covid. I came in wearing a mask and no employees were wearing one. If I am wearing a mask for their protection, they should do the same for the customers. They did have me sign a release form and wash my hands, and I also saw them spray the chair after I got up. But I believe employees should be wearing masks, especially while they're working on a client. read more

I had been here before and got my eyebrows threaded (stray hairs removed). The guy who did it did a great job at keeping my shape, but just cleaning them up. When I went today, not only were they cleaned up, but my left eyebrow was slightly shaped, which I did NOT ask for. They don't even look even. Not sure if I'm going to go back after this. read more

I went in for an eyelash tint recently and Luann is no longer there. Their person that did the tint was, unfortunately, like most other tinters I've had - they get it all over my face and in my eyes. She did apologize and said she was new to it. I understand that everyone has a learning curve, but I don't want to be the guinea pig. I can tell you Green Bay is sad to have this as it's only threading place. The prices for eyebrows and chin are decent, maybe over by $2, but the rest of the services are outrageously priced. I can get a full face threading in any other large city for $20-25. They know it's crazy too, but with little competition how can you even argue? It's pretty easy to learn on your own at home if you're looking for this service. I'd only recommend them if you haven't shaped your brows in a long time. Went in looking for the typical eyelash extensions you'd see on Instagram but came out looking like a I had strip lashes on that could last me maybe a week. The girls and the front desk always have a snarky attitude and aren't there to make you comfortable clearly. The only lady I've experienced that I absolutely adore is Odie, I would definitely recommend her for service. read more

I go there for my eyebrows and depending on the person they turn on nice, but went there to get my nails done and i could have done better blindfolded. Super messy, polish all over my skin, and they put like 4 layers of navy blue on so it made them look black....not good for nails. read more

I have given this place several times to redeem themselves. The only reason I went back was because my eyebrows looked decent. Every time i go there, they are THE most unfriendly people I've ever dealt with. The front desk has been pleasant but the people actually providing the service are a joke. They are also incredibly unsanitary. I could have worked and entire day with makeup on and they don't cleanse the area first or even cleanse their hands between clients. I make sure to tell them I generally breakout when I wax or thread and they still don't try to make sure they are being extra sanitary. Just a joke of a business. read more

They do a great job threading eyebrows, but very pushy with selling products. Definitely a turn off. I have two kids under two and finally got an hour to myself to relax. I was told my skin was dull and blocked and could really use this product and that product. Seriously? I'm tired and I have no makeup on. I nodded and tried to politely change the topic but she kept bringing up these products that I expressed no interest in. So much for a peaceful, relaxing moment to myself. read more

Had my eyebrows threaded. The pain was hardly noticeable since I was engaged in a conversation with the threader practically the whole time I was in the chair. The visit lasted probably a whole 15 minutes and I was on my way with my newly arched and trimmed brows. No complaints! :) read more

Came here for theading, mani-pedi. Maiya is awesome with threading. Mani -pedi, go somewhere else. Across 3 continents and 30 states this is the worst I've had a mani pedi. Do yourself a favor and spend the $70 where you will get what you paid for. The nail tech Robert had scalding hot water for the foot bath, keep dropping everything and doesn't seem to have good eye hand coordination that he kept missing the nail while filing. Dropped the pusher on my hand twice. Shellac had spots on it and I'll have to take to another nail shop to get done. Dry skin wasn't even removed off my toes and fingers. Pretty much soaked my feet, did random nail files, pumice for 30 seconds per foot, hot towel that was steaming hot and boom! Nail polish. Manicure hurt and yet still has dry skin sticking out. Shitty job. I don't know how a place like this would hire such a worker. Very arrogant and expects the customer to adjust to his posture/position while doing nails. DO NOT COME to this place unless you're wanting threading. Go to a Vietnamese nail shop with actual Asians doing your nails who know what they are doing. That was the most worthless $77 I paid. I've paid a $120 for the same service and I didn't mind leaving a $30 tip as I walked out feeling really clean and nice with my nails. read more

Had my feet done to pamper myself. The facility itself was nice and organized. The front desk girl wasn't welcoming. The girl I got was a chubby Asian girl who was dressed like a hooker with fishnet stockings (her card said her name was Pa Nhia). Her customer service skills were zilch. She acted like I was stupid when I asked her about the products they used. She was impolite, talking to her coworkers then forgot about me when she had me dry my nails. Another worker had to finish me up when I told them I'd been there before another customer and after that customer had left. My nail polish began chipping within the week also. I wasn't satisfied at all, thought they would have better service and do a better job. read more

Came here for "eyelash extensions" and was severely disappointed. They use the same/similar eyelash clusters as ones that you buy at Ulta for $5. The lady made me keep my eye open, looking up, for 20+ mins and got frustrated, loudly sighing whenever I had to blink. These are not eyelash extensions, just clusters of false lashes glued to the INSIDE of your eyelid, under your natural lashes, on the inside water line, not safe AT ALL. I had no idea what I was getting into, but after, the lashes were so heavy, itchy and uncomfortable. There were globs of glue that I could feel every time I closed my eyes. If you are looking for a natural look, don't go here. I was also told not to get them wet which is almost impossible unless you wear goggles in the shower. When the lashes started to fall off a week later, my natural lashes came along with them too, no matter how gentle I was and no matter how much coconut oil/makeup remover I put on. Long story short, I was very uncomfortable with the application, uncomfortable wearing them, uncomfortable removing them, and uncomfortable only have 50% of my natural lashes left after the entire experience. read more
