I've been told several times they don't have an appointment available for several weeks and I would have to talk to a nurse to see what they could do about my prescription running out. I left several messages at the nurses station as they never answer the phone and not once did I get a call back. I finally get an appointment last minute on a Friday afternoon, have to call off work to go, and when I get to the appointment the receptionist tells me the doctor is running 30 minutes behind. Never ever have I been treated so poorly by health care staff, no empathy for my situation, and no real care or want to help me find a resolution from staff.
