But there is nothing I can say negative, the salon is my favorite, small and cozy but full service with great products. They carry R and Co, Smith and Cult, and OPI. Liza and Alyce are amazing stylists and since they own their business they are able to provide great service instead of having to meet a quota. Not only was the hospitality and the customer service wonderful she blew me out of the water with how perfectly she sculpted my vision of what I wanted my chin to look like. Terrible experience with a mini lift procedure with Dr Janitch. I have no results. Neck/under chin…read morelaxity was not improved at all. My incisions were placed infront of my ears instead of natural contour of ears. 9 months post op and scars are thick,red and raised. During my procedure Dr Janitch seemed stressed and was talking to his nurses about stress of selling his home and having to rent in bad area and my face suffered those consequences.
