She said that as soon as I was leaving she was gonna come get me. Though, she seemed to be mid haircut when I left. I was offered to reschedule so that was good on them but after everything that happened I was left with a bad impression of the salon. I'm sure they do great work but the experience I had today was not the greatest.

She was super understanding & ended up picking a color that I am super happy with. It's been a while since I was this pleased with a cut/color. Mary did a fantastic job!! She made me feel very comfortable and had a great attitude. Fun conversation and even went out of her way to suggest local restaurants, bars, events, etc. to try since I am new to the area. Mary rocks and I will def be using her skills again!
