The owner is very personable and she's at the studio on every occasion, she provides refreshments at no charge. However I would caution you that parking is limited and you are not permitted to park at the Citi Bank parking lot or you will be towed. The only place left to park is across the very busy street in another banks parking lot (BofA or WF can't recall), the neighborhood is sketchy, so wear tennis shows so you can walk fast or run (which is what I do). Then you walk in an alley way to get to the back side of the studio, very scary as there are often weirdo's there, so if possible go with someone and walk fast. The studio used to have a security guard in the alley way, but not sure if they still do, that was hit or miss. But once you're in the studio "all is good", but then don't forget you need to walk BACK to your car in the sketchy neighborhood, as a single woman with no companion I stopped going because of the safety issue. I breathe a sigh of relief once I made it "safely" to the studio, but then dreaded walking out alone at night. Not a comfortable feeling for me, so I stopped going because of this. Be safe!

I went in on the 9th of this month to try Pilates for the first time in a very long time. Walked into an empty studio and it was only her and I. I was a bit surprised that there were no other students there and I even told her. So basically it was a one on one session that started at 5:30pm. Alizul was very good at her job for only being there since middle of May. Took her time for me to follow her lead and instructions. The pace level was also great! They offer classes which include the following: Yoga, Pilates, Kyudo, Tai Chi, Laido (sword drawing), for adults, children, teens and seniors. When I walked in, Alizul made me sign a waiver for liability purposes and few other forms. Really enjoyed her class, technique, and style. Lee, who is the owner of this studio, has over 4 decades of experience in marshal arts. I didn't meet her personally, but later she sent me a text message apologizing for one of their instructors by the name of Keri. We were on our way out and Keri had a class coming in. We didn't take any of her time, but she was rude and unprofessional by saying "we have a class right now" I truly think she was having a senior moment or a bad day. They take all method of payments, has a gender neutral restrooms, street and private lot parking space. The class for an hour was $20.00 which was FANTASTIC!! Studio was super clean and fully equipped with all the amenities that you need for your classes. Thank you Lee, Alizul, and North Valley Aikikai. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested of taking any one of their classes. If I lived near by, I would become a regular member.

From the very beginning, they have embraced my daughter with open arms, and the supportive, positive energy throughout the studio is exactly what any parent could wish for their child. The confidence, joy, and encouragement they give the kids is unmatched, and it shows in the way my daughter has grown both as a dancer and as a person. They brought in numerous guest artists to teach master classes, had professional photo shoots with the company dancers, had talented and patient instructors and choreographers, and she was always treated with care and understanding by the owners and staff. Her senior year was particularly wonderful as she was able to lead her team, clean routines, perform at her favorite conventions/competitions, and even choreograph her own senior solo. She felt so loved, appreciated and celebrated at the Company Recital that featured the seniors. Dance Dimensions was her home away from home. It was a safe place for her to grow as a dancer and thrive as she became a young adult. We highly recommend this studio!
