Floor strip choreography class with Marina
Joann W.

A brand new pole dance studio with plenty of daytime classes during the week! So so happy! Elena and all of her instructors are the best in teaching beginner through advanced dance techniques. Can't wait to come several times a week and get back in shape after a long break from fitness.

I knew Elena from teaching at another studio and followed over to this studio after an old one closed. I take classes with a different instructor but love the class and space I dance in and the environment and all the ladies Hoping to join one of Elena's classes soon. They offer a variety of classes at different times throughout the day.

Aerial Method is the GOAT. I had never done aerial before and I am hooked! Truly Sepia and Belle…read moreare exceptional instructors who pain attention to the fine details to keep you safe and thriving. This studio is by far the most technique driven I've experienced. My daughter also goes here now to benefit from the detail-oriented coaching and instruction. The reviews on Yelp are what brought me to Aerial Method in the first place so it feels only right to contribute my own. They've built such an inclusive environment where people of all ages, shapes, genders etc. grow in aerial and support each other. No matter where you are in your aerial journey, your fitness, or your age, moves and poses are tailored to you to help you grow. It's such a supportive community, and I've made some incredible friendships. I'm grateful to have found these guys.

Weeeeeeee!!! I took…read moremy second aerial hammock class with Sepida, a sweetheart with the muscle definition of a goddess! I found it great that this new-ish studio has beautiful high ceilings and a $20 introductory offer for first time fliers, so I hastily booked the class. They have a very user friendly website with convenient online sign up for both their group classes and semi-private and private lessons. In this late night class (8:14-9:45pm), there were two students including myself. The other student (Belle) also happens to be one of the aerialist instructors! So it was nice to basically be surrounded by experts. Class starts out with light stretching... and when I mean light, I mean light. Lol! When I return I'll be sure to stretch a bit on my own. I do like that there is plenty of time to work on the silk and because the class size is so small, you get to be up flying for even longer. Sepida is really good at recognizing your strengths and challenges and is sure to communicate ALWAYS to see how you are feeling. Tired? Take a rest and stretch. Ready for more? Get up and be challenged! There is also water and pretzels in case you need a little more hydration or salt! Make sure to bring your skid resistant socks for class, they are required! Otherwise you can buy some from them for $5 (toe socks or no toe socks)! Can't wait to go back!
